Teachers are the country’s valuable talents,they are practitioners who promote the development of education,and they are also an important force in building a harmonious socialist society.Teacher morality is an important part of the construction of teachers.The success or failure of its construction is directly related to the development of higher education.In the more than 40 years since the reform and opening up,China has made great progress in the construction of teachers’ morality and style.These achievements are largely due to a series of policies on morality and morality issued by the party and the state.This research takes the policy of teacher morality and moral construction in China’s colleges and universities as the research object in the past 40 years of reform and opening up.Through the collection and collation of the texts of the policy on morality and morality of the first-hand teachers,the textual analysis method,literature method,and comparative research method are used to reform and open up to In the past years,the changes in the moral and ethics policies of teachers and colleges in China have been analyzed in depth.This study has six parts:The first part is the foreword,which introduces the reason and significance of this research,defines the core concepts,and summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad.The second part introduces the development process of the university’s moral and ethics policy.According to the time sequence,it is divided into three stages.the first stage is the reform and development stage(1985-1998),the second stage is the reform deepening stage(1999-2010),the third stage is the connotative development stage(2011-present),and the key content of each stage is summarized and summarized.The third part mainly analyzes the content of the policy of ethics and ethics construction in various periods,including three parts: policy objectives,policy objects and policy measures.The fourth part summarizes the three characteristics of the construction policy of morality and ethics in colleges and universities through quantitative analysis,namely the overall increase in the number of policy texts,the multiplicity of policy-making subjects and the widespread distribution of policy topics.The fifth part explores the evolutionary logic of the university teachers’ ethics and morality policy from the internal relationship of the policy content,that is,the motivation mechanism specified by the ethics policy,the value orientation of the ethics policy formulation and the process guarantee for the implementation of the ethics policy.The sixth part summarizes and predicts that in the future,the ethics and morality policy of colleges and universities in our country will be changed from bottom-up to bottom-up,the policy objectives will be more scientific,and the content of the policy will change from general vagueness to specific clarity.These three trends.
