| Research purpose: physique is the basis of life and work for individuals,the basis of social development for the country,and an important manifestation of comprehensive national strength.Qinghai Province is located in the Qinghai Tibet Plateau,with an average altitude of more than3000 m.The geographical and climatic conditions are quite different from those of the plain area.In addition,there are many ethnic groups living in Qinghai Province,including more than 40 ethnic groups,such as Han,Tibetan,Hui,Tu and salar.All these conditions determine the difference between the national physical condition of Qinghai Province and the plain area,and have the value of in-depth study.Taking Haidong citizen and Tu Autonomous County(1800 meters above sea level)as low altitude area,14285 middle school students in three grades were selected as subjects,4034 middle school students in three grades were selected as subjects,and 4274 middle school students in three grades were selected as subjects The purpose of this paper is to investigate the physical condition of the subjects in order to provide suggestions for improving the physical health level of middle school students in Qinghai Province.Research methods: literature,physical test,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other major research methods were used.Research results:1.The average height of boys in 7~9 grades in Nangqian area was 154.88 cm,157.64 cm and 157.81 cm,with a total increase of 2.76 cm,an increase of 1.89%.The average height of girls was 153.90 cm,154.57 cm and 155.83 cm,with a total increase of 1.93 cm,an increase of 1.25%.The average weight of male students was 42.42 kg,42.54 kg and 43.22 kg,with an increase of 0.8kg,with an increase of 1.89%.The average weight of female students was40.29 kg,41.29 kg and 42.22 kg,with an increase of 1.93 kg,with an increase of 4.80%.The height and weight of middle school students in Nangqian area were significantly lower than those in other areas.The BMI index of middle school students in Nangqian area was 23.01%,which was higher than that in other areas.2.The lung capacity of male and female students in the high altitude area of Nangqian was2633.22 ml in Grade 7 and increased by 2689.40 ml and 2172.39 ml in grade 2017.72 ml to grade 9respectively.The lung capacity of middle school students in the area of Nangqian was significantly lower than that in other areas in grade 7~9,and the increase range of male and female students was 2.13% and 7.67%,significantly lower than that in other altitude areas,with slow growth.3.The results of 50 m in Grade 7 were 8.85 s and 9.61 s for boys and girls in high altitude Nangqian area,respectively,and increased by 8.75 s and 9.31 s from grade 9,with an increase of1.13% and 3.12%.The results of 50 m in grade 7~9 boys were significantly lower than those in other altitude areas,girls were lower than those in low altitude Minhe areas,slightly higher than those in Zhonghai bahuangyuan area,but not significantly.4.The results of sit forward flexion were 8.87 cm and 12.25 cm in Grade 7 for men and women in low altitude areas,respectively,and increased to 11.42 cm and 12.25 cm in Grade 9,with an increase of 28.75% and 22.01% respectively.The result of flexibility quality in Minhe area is significantly better than that in other areas,and the increase is greater than that in other areas.5.The results of middle school students in Huangyuan District of Zhonghai are higher than those in other areas.Among them,the standing long jump of male and female students in Grade 7was 180.21 cm and 154.79 cm respectively,which was significantly lower than that of other regions,but the increase was larger,and the performance was significantly better than that of other regions in Grade 9,among which male students were more obvious,the increase was 13.66%.Among the items of male students’ pull~up,from Grade 7,their scores increased from 3.84 to 6.43,which was significantly lower than that of other regions,but the increase was larger than that of other regions,reaching 67.45%.In the sit up program,the number of female students increased from 26.82 in Grade 7 to 30.30,with an increase of 12.98%,which is greater than that in other areas.6.The results of Grade 7 were 4 ′ 46″ and 4 ′ 22″ for men and girls in low altitude areas,5 ′16″ and 4 ′ 35″ for Huangyuan area,and 4 ′ 26″ and 4 ′ 19″ for men and girls in high altitude areas.There were significant differences in grades 9.Research conclusion:1.The physical condition of middle school students in Qinghai Province has been significantly improved.2.The body shape of middle school students in the high altitude area is thin and small,with high rate of imprudence.The qualified rate in the middle altitude area is high,but the phenomenon of obesity and overweight is significant.3.The physical function of middle school students in high altitude area is poor and there is no significant increase.4.The overall physical fitness of middle school students in low and middle altitude areas is better than that in high altitude areas(except for some items).5.The speed quality of middle school students in high altitude area is poor.6.Middle school students in low altitude areas have better performance in flexibility quality and the increase is larger than other areas.7.The increase ofpower quality of middle school students in middle altitude area is greater than that in other areas.8.There is no significant difference in the endurance quality of middle school students in different altitude areas,but the results in the middle and high altitude areas increase significantly. |
