| As the national highest level of higher education in China,graduate students are the main way for the country to cultivate high-quality innovative talents.The cultivation quality of graduate students can not only reflect the level of school operation,but also the core and key to the development of higher education and graduate education in China.As the largest group and an important part of the graduate students,master degree students also have a crucial influence on the development of the country and society.In the era of Educational informatization2.0,postgraduate education cultivates talents with strong operational ability in information technology,keen observation ability in new technology and have a strong learning power,and learning to learn and lifelong learning has become a necessity for human survival and development.The learning power of graduate students not only determines the success or failure of their studies in school,but also lays a foundation for their future career and lifelong learning.Based on this.this study has collected and analyzed a large number of literature materials,based on these literature materials,taking the postgraduate students as the research object,using the structural equation model technology,to carry out the evaluation and empirical study of the postgraduate learning power.With a view to provide some reference for the cultivation and improvement of postgraduate learning power.Based on the research of domestic and foreign related research and combined with the results of interviews with front-line experts,this research initially builds a preliminary framework for the evaluation index system of postgraduate learning power,and uses the expert consultation method to determine the final evaluation index system of learning power.Secondly,based on the evaluation index system of postgraduate learning power,the questionnaire of postgraduate learning power evaluation was designed,and postgraduate students of a university in Chongqing were taken as the object to carry out the pre-survey of the questionnaire.According to the analysis results of the pre-survey questionnaire,the questionnaire of postgraduate learning power evaluation was determined.Thirdly,based on the existing research and related theories,a hypothesis has been made on the influence relationship between internal factors and variables of graduate students’ learning power,and a preliminary path model of internal factors’ influence relationship has been determined.Then,a formal questionnaire survey was conducted among the postgraduate students from three universities in the Southwest.Based on the data obtained from the survey,this paper evaluates and analyzes the status quo of graduate students’ learning power and constructs the structural equation model of learning power.Confirmatory factor analysis,model fitness test,mediating effect test and path analysis were carried out on the structural equation model,and the analysis results were revised for many times to determine the internal factor influence relationship model and test hypothesis of graduate students’ learning power.The results demonstrated that :(1)learning motivation has positive and significant influence on learning ability and self-management ability;(2)self-management ability has positive and significant influence on learning ability;(3)learning ability has positive and significant influence on learning achievement transformation and creativity.According to the results of the study,we take the postgraduate learning motivation as the entrance,the postgraduate learning ability and self-management ability as the intermediate entrance,and the postgraduate learning achievement transformation and creativity as the exit.This paper discusses the countermeasures and Suggestions of cultivating and enhancing the learning ability of postgraduates from three aspects: stimulating the strong and lasting learning motivation of postgraduates,cultivating and strengthening the self-management ability of postgraduates,and improving the learning power of postgraduates. |
