In order to carry out the training of service-oriented talents for mass sports and improve their service quality for mass physical fitness exercise,it is of great importance to solve the problem of the effectiveness of public welfare social sports instructors.The function of social sports guidance has always been the key to improve the work efficiency and give full play to the role of instructors in volunteer service.Under the background of national fitness,this paper studies the relevant policies issued by our country,and under the guidance of sociology,mass sports and other disciplines,uses the methods of literature review and expert interview to analyze the influencing factors of its effectiveness,and draws the following conclusions:1.The development of Xi ’an public welfare social sports instructors is unbalanced:Xi ’an social sports instructors are not of reasonable age,the proportion of men and women is not balanced,the educational level is different,and the proportion of high-level service talents is too small.Such talent structure will have an impact on the development of the instructors’ entire team to a certain extent.2.Xi ’an public welfare social sports instructors do not perform well: there are a considerable number of certified and unemployed instructors in Xi ’an,and the on-the-job personnel have low professional competence,weak overall service guidance ability and poor overall quality performance.The fitness crowd is still dissatisfied with its evaluation.The frequency of work and the time of service instruction cannot meet the demands of exercisers,and the lack of fitness facilities and fitness funds leads to instructors unable to better carry out service work.The inadequacy of policies and salaries in terms of personnel security has resulted in unsatisfactory performance.3.Xi ’an public welfare social sports instructors have many subjective and objective influencing factors: subjectively,professional ability has the greatest influence on the effectiveness of instructors;Secondly,there are training factors,including professional theory,fitness skills training and induction rate.Thirdly,it is a comprehensive ability factor,including educational level,technical level,age and gender.Finally,comprehensive quality factors include moral quality,image building and service motivation.Objectively speaking,the working conditions have great influence,including site,funds and time arrangement.Secondly,the relevant policies and systems issued by the state and the level of remuneration have a greater impact on the effectiveness of the work of social sports instructors.4.The basic countermeasures for the social sports instructors in Xi ’an public welfarecity to play their roles: increase training courses,organize regular public classes,observe and learn collectively,organize commendation and awards,etc.to improve the professional ability level;Project classification and special examinations improve training and increase job placement to improve the induction rate;To carry out continuing education to ensure academic qualifications,increase the number of places to stimulate enthusiasm for learning,increase the strength of the youth backbone and expand the training of female instructors and other methods to improve the overall team’s comprehensive ability;In order to improve the comprehensive quality of the course,we should take measures such as assessment and evaluation of the course study,setting up material rewards and learning advanced models.Optimizing working conditions by increasing fitness places,adjusting working hours and increasing fitness funds;Through government propaganda,system improvement and incentive mechanism improvement to improve the policy system;By ensuring social benefits,increasing wages and salaries,and so on. |
