A Study On The Career Transformation Of Retired Athletes In Track And Field And Hockey Events In Gansu Province

This thesis takes the career transition of retired athletes in Gansu as a research perspective,and uses the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method,and comparative research method to analyze the policies of outstanding retired athletes in Gansu province during the career transition period.The content of issues such as employment and employment will provide a feasible idea for the career conversion of retired athletes in Gansu Province,so as to promote the reemployment of retired professional athletes in Gansu Province,and provide a scientific and reasonable decision basis for the healthy development of competitive sports in Gansu Province.The following conclusions were reached throughresearch:First,the reemployment willingness of retired athletes in track and field and hockey events in Gansu Province is mainly reflected in the differences in sports system personnel and gender on the willingness to start businesses independently.Institutional sports system is the main re-employment destination of track and field and hockey retired athletes in Gansu Province.Secondly,Gansu Province ’s career transition policy for retired athletes has not been issued and publicity work is not in place.Retired athletes in track and field and hockey events do not understand the career transition policy and have not obtained information about any career transition policy through various channels.Most of the training for retired athletes is related to sports.The management of the career transition organization of retired athletes in Gansu Province is relatively optimistic,and the guarantee system for the career transition funds of retired athletes is not ideal.Third,the problems in the career transition of retired athletes in track and field and hockey in Gansu Province are: inadequate career transition management mechanism,single source of occupation transition funding,inadequate career planning,single occupation transition skill training content,and retention in the occupation transition system The number of places is small,and the current social enrollment system in Gansu Province does not provide sufficient support to retired athletes.Fourth,there are three main channels for the career change of retired athletes in Zhejiang Province,Yunnan Province,and Tianjin: organizational placement,independent job selection,and university study.Set up sports public welfare activities to ensure career change for retired athletes.In response to the above conclusions,the following suggestions are made:First,establish a special organization to provide institutional guarantee for the career change of retired athletes in track and field and hockey projects.Depending on the resources in the province,especially the traditional advantaged projects,set up training bases first.Provide consulting and guidance for them and share resources.At the same time,it can also establish physical and network agencies of track and field and hockey projects to provide targeted intermediary services for the career change of retired athletes in track and field and hockey projects.Second,formulate and implement the career planning plan for track and field and hockey athletes.Promote track and field and hockey athletes to fully and scientifically arrange daily work and life in a limited time,and effectively combine daily life,work,study and sports.Together,balanced development,including career planning,education guidance,and life guidance into the career planning system,to ensure that the role change can be smoothly achieved after retirement,and the career change.Third,continue to explore the implementation of the "one unified,three singles" system.In terms of specific resettlement policies,track and field and hockey retired athletes who have made outstanding contributions to the province’s sports,who have been transported for more than 3 years,or have outstanding sports achievements;Priority will be given to job placement for the top 3 of the Games,or the top 8 for national and Asian sports competitions,or for international sports competitions.Increase the special fund for the occupation conversion of retired athletes in Gansu Province.Gansu Province must effectively integrate the assessment and progress of reemployment and resettlement of track and field,hockey athletes,retraining,training,performance training and other aspects,and cannot separate them to the greatest extent to prevent the occurrence of work failure.Gansu The province can reserve a certain percentage of special funds from the special funds for the Olympic glory plan and sports lottery for employment placement of retired athletes in track and field and hockey projects,and increase special funds for career conversion of retiredathletes.Fourth,enrich the training forms and content of retired athletes in Gansu Province during the career transition period,increase support for independent job selection,and establish a dynamic compensation mechanism based on the actual situation,increase the basic resettlement fee standard,and combine the specifics of retired athletes in the country and Gansu The resettlement fee shall be formulated in accordance with the situation,and a certain resettlement fee shall be given to retired athletes each year to effectively guarantee and meet the basic living needs of retired athletes.At the same time,it is necessary to pay close attention to improving the supporting policies of Gansu Province to support the independent selection of track and field and hockey retired athletes,and to fully implement the supporting policies.
