| IT education practice shows that hard skills are easy to develop,while soft skills are difficult to develop in the short term.At present,secondary vocational schools pay attention to the learning of students’ professional knowledge and the training of practical skills,but ignore the training of students’ "soft skills".As a result,students are lack of soft skills such as communication ability and problem-solving ability.As a result,the vocational skills of graduates are still not recognized by the society and employers.The author measured the soft skill level of 300 students majoring in information technology in three secondary vocational schools in henan through the self-rating scale of soft skill,and calculated that the current soft skill of the students was 63.624.15 points.According to the scale,60-70 indicates that the soft skills are in the passing level,but most students still score less than 60,indicating that these students are in the failing level of soft skills.Through data analysis,it is concluded that there are differences in the soft skills of students majoring in information technology.This is related to the individual’s family background,grade and whether he or she works as a class cadre.Family background and grade are objective factors,but the level of soft skills of students who work as class cadres is higher than that of ordinary students,indicating that students’ participation in class or school management during school can improve their personal soft skills.The author also learned about the cognition and attitude of students towards soft skills and the status quo of soft skills courses,teachers and training activities of the school.Through teacher interviews to understand whether schools carry out soft skills training activities and whether teachers in professional teaching to train students’ soft skills;Through interviews with enterprise managers,they want to know whether the talents cultivated by the school meet the needs of enterprises.Through sorting out the survey data,it is found that the students do not understand the soft skills,and the soft skills level is generally not high;Teachers do not have a deep understanding of soft skills and do not integrate soft skills training into professional teaching.The school does not pay attention to,the cooperation between the school and the enterprise is not deep,the real environment of soft skills training is missing and so on.In order to improve the soft skills of students majoring in information technology in secondaryvocational schools,countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward from three levels: students,teachers and schools. |
