Research On Management Efficiency Of University Stadiums In Nanchang Based On DEA Model

The study of the management efficiency of colleges and universities is conducive to improving the management level and utilization efficiency of stadiums and gymnasiums.It is an important measure to revitalize state-owned assets,increase mass fitness venues,and meet mass fitness needs.It is also a management method that serves mass sports and improves mass life Livelihood project.The deepening of reform and opening up has improved the living sta ndards of the people,and the people’s demand for physical fitness has continued to increase,so the demand for stadiums and facilities has also increased.At present,large public stadiums in various parts of C hina cannot meet the needs of the general pub lic for fitness and exercise.Therefore,college stadiums should be opened to enhance the efficiency and level of stadium operations,fully tap the resources of college stadiums,and promote the scientific sustainable development.In this study,the litera ture method,expert interview method,comparative research method,questionnaire survey method,and data envelopment analysis method were used.Eight colleges and universities and gymnasiums in Nanchang were taken as the research object.The resource allocation of colleges and universities and gymnasiums in Nanchang was determined by the DEA model.,Opening and management status,input and output situation analysis.The results found that:(1)O n the premise of meeting basic use,Nanchang colleges and universities have implemented opening to the outside world to meet the needs of the surrounding people’s fitness and exercise.However,the proportion of open management of colleges and universities is different;(2)Each Colleges and universities adopt different opening hours and charging standards according to their own characteristics and teaching needs;(3)Most of the management personnel of sports stadiums in colleges and universities are college teachers and asset / logistics managers.The management mode adopted is relatively simple and mostly arranged by themselves The personnel adopts the method of charging on time;(4)the outdoor venues of various colleges and universities are mainly open for free,with less time limit,and the indoor venues are mainly open for pay,with time limit;(5)the profitable projects open from the colleges and universities Judging from the above,badminton,swimming and other projects are more profitable;(6)Most colleges and stadiums have achieved effective scale and high management efficiency,but some colleges and stadiums such as Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics have diminishing scale efficiency and Nanchang Engineering College has scale The phenomenon of diminishing efficiency,in addition,there are redundant inputs and insufficient outputs.Based on the above research results,it is found that the following problems exist in the management of colleges and universities in Nanchang:(1)the scale and facilities of colleges and universities are relatively insufficient;(2)the imbalance between economic and social benefits of colleges and universities;3)Lack of excellent management talents and scientific management models;(4)Some colleges and universities have problems with input redundancy and insufficient output.In order to improve the management efficiency of stadiums and gymnasiums,I propose:(1)improve the open management policy of stadiums and increase capital supply;(2)reasonably balance the economic and social benefits in the management of stadiums and gymnasiums;(3)actively introduce and cultivate outstanding majors(4)Adopt a scientific and reasonable management model.
