| At present,it is urgent to improve the social status of the kindergarten teachers in our country,the township kindergarten education doesn’t get due attentions,and the kindergarten teachers are short of professional consciousness.In order to meet the needs of the parents,many kindergartens ignore the preschooler’s needs of physical and mental development and turn the kindergarten education into primary education.With the established concepts of primary education,the kindergarten teachers who are transferred from the primary schools have no clear and correct definitions of professional development.The core of the professional development for teachers is their professionalism,the professionalism of kindergarten teachers has a direct effect on the development of kindergarten education in the township.By referencing relevant materials of teacher professionalism,the author found that the main objects of previous researches were limited to one certain side of teachers’ professionalism only from the point of the transferred kindergarten teachers.Based on the kindergarten administrators,the study explores the transferred kindergarten teacher’s present situations and existing problems in profession attainments,and puts forward some countermeasures from the following three levels:the transferred kindergarten teachers,the administrators of township center kindergartens and the related government departments.With the methods of questionnaires,interviews and deep observations etc.,the author found out the real inner thoughts of these teachers and analyzed their problems.According to the incentive theory and the needs of these teachers,the paper stimulates their motivations and promotes the development of the profession attainments.By investigating the basics of the transferred kindergarten teachers and based on their professional standards,the paper lists the present situations of their professional concepts,ethics,professional knowledge accomplishments and professional skill accomplishments,and analyses their existing problems.These teachers have many problems,such as the lack of the professional concepts,thedisconnect between professional knowledge and practice,the deficiency of professional ability,the job burnout,the out-of-phase study with the administrators,the weak consciousness of regulating,low social status and so on.As the rural kindergarten education is an important part of the pre-school education in China,the transferred teachers in the township kindergartens and their development should not be ignored.The administrators should do their best to fully play their roles.For example,teachers should be guided to enhance the cultivation of professional concepts and change their teaching methods.At the level of kindergarten management,the administrators should strengthen teachers’ sense of belonging by encouraging and adjusting the motivational factors in time,according to teachers’ needs,to create a good evaluation system.The administrators should plan reasonably and motivate teachers’ individual goals to match the organizational goals.The administrators should build a learning organization and support common development.By the government’s expanding the dimensions of specialty identity for the transferred teachers,the administrators should provide data to perfect the policies. |
