In the rural areas of western China,preschool education faces two major dilemmas.One is due to geographical constraints and backward economic conditions.The scarcity of kindergarten teachers,especially in rural villages and towns,has become a difficult problem for preschool education.Second,due to the adjustment of the layout of rural compulsory education schools,a large number of primary and secondary schools have been merged,a group of middle school teachers have been surplus,and they need to re-arrange their jobs.At the same time,there is a serious shortage of pre-school teachers.Therefore,how to make the surplus elementary and middle school teachers transfer to post and become a kindergarten teacher is the focus and difficulty.Studying the professional growth of transfer teachers in rural kindergartens is related to the career development of transfer teachers,is related to the improvement of the overall quality of teachers in rural kindergarten teachers,and is related to the expansion of the scale of rural kindergarten education.Therefore,we must pay attention to the professional growth process of this special group of pre-service teachers.Development is related to the improvement of the quality of teachers in rural kindergarten teachers and the development of rural preschool teaching career.Therefore,we must pay attention to the professional abstinence process of the special group of transferred kindergarten teachers.This study uses the method of case study,combined with in-depth interview method,observation method,security collection method and other methods to study the professional growth of a 2-year primary school teacher with 12 years of primary school teaching age.Through taking the growth experience of 2 teachers as the main line,the family life,study life and professional life of the two teachers before and after the transfer are comprehensively demonstrated.Through the objective description of the key events and key characters in the course of the growth of the two teachers,this paper probes into the influence of family,school education,other workers(leaders,colleagues,parents and young children)on the professional growth of the two teachers at different stages,and then analyzes the personal characteristics and influencing factors of the transferred teacher in the process of professional growth.The study found that,as a kindergarten transfer teacher,before the transfer of posts,the two teachers are a backbone primary school teacher with rich pastoral experience,but they are still facing confusion in the process of professional growth.First,the change of the role of transferred teachers,from primary school teachers to kindergarten directors,first to kindergarten environment confusion and confusion: second,the lack of teaching ideas,although transferred teachers have a certain understanding of the characteristics of children’s physical and mental development,but the behavior of education is inconsistent with educational vision: third,the management model is extensive,in the management process is only to complete a set goal.However,there is no scientific process: fourth,the educational methods need to be improved,the teaching content pays too much attention to the imparting of knowledge,neglects the role of games in the teaching process,resulting in a single teaching method,the form of organizational knowledge is easy to "primary school",which is not conducive to the development of young children.This study analyzes the influencing factors of the professional growth of transferred teachers.From the internal factors,it is mainly the personal qualification and motivation of the transferred teachers,the needs and consciousness of the professional development of the former teachers,the educational beliefs of Junjian teachers,the ability of special teachers to reflect on teaching,and from the external factors,the policy insurance of governments at all levels,the external environment of kindergartens,family factors and so on.Finally,it puts forward the construction of promoting the professional growth of transferred kindergarten teachers: according to the sequence of internal and external factors,starting from the level of teaching and restraining individuals,the internal motive force of Huangfa transferred kindergarten teachers: from the kindergarten level,build a good kindergarten environment,support professional growth,build a good external environment and platform,social support,alleviate the professional pressure of transferred teachers,meet the needs of professional growth of transferred teachers: from the government level,the policy to build a reasonable transfer system,effectively promote the professional growth of transferred kindergarten teachers. |
