| Family education,school education and social education are the three pillars that support national education.Family education is the foundation of all education.The quality of family education affects the growth and development of individuals and the happiness of families,the improvement of national quality,determines the harmony and stability of society and the future and hope of the country.Family education is not merely a matter of a family,but affects the future of our country.However,different from school and social education,family education has always been in a marginal position,lacking relevant legal norms,scientific and effective guidance and modern technical support.With the development of China’s social economy,however,family education is facing many new challenges.As a supplement to school education,family education is increasingly important.In recent years,the problems of family education have emerged one and after,and most parents are suffering anxiety more or less in educating their children.Although,they are eager to educate their children well,their ability falls short of their wishes.At present,the family education guidance service in our country is still in the primary stage of development,and the whole family education service system cannot well meet the needs of the public.It is urgent to improve parents’ educational quality because of the grim situation of family education in China.To properly educate children,parents must understand the growth of children,a correct concept of parenting,and effective education methods,which can only be achieved through learning.It’s not something that can be done by experience and popular perception alone.Therefore,it has become a trend to popularize family education knowledge with the help of professional family education institutions,and help guide parents to improve their cognition of their own roles,which can benefit more families.At the same time,national and local governments have also introduced relevant laws and regulations to promote family education.All these bring both opportunities and challenges for the development of family education industry.However,it is difficult to develop standardized evaluation system,different and common demands coexist,highly and continued involvement required,All these industry characteristics make parents less willing to pay for learning.This has slowed the development of family education industry,which is facing an embarrassing situation in which parents’ demands cannot be met while the overall profitability of the industry is poor.Based on this situation,this paper takes X company as an example to study the marketing strategy of family education industy.According to the company’s situation and the current status of the industry,this paper uses PEST analysis method,porter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis method to analyze its market macro environment,industry competition environment and the advantages and disadvantages of the company.And analyze the marketing management status of X company.The market segment is made,the target market is set and the market position is defined as well by using STP theory according to the family education industry character.Formulate effective marketing mix strategy based on the 7PS theory,And provide the safeguards in order to ensure the implementation of marketing mix strategy.Meanwhile,it is hoped that through the study on the marketing strategy of X company’s family education,it will play a certain practical guiding role in promoting the solution of the industry’s current embarrassing situation of " The needs of parents are not met while the overall profitability of the industry is poor". |
