| Economic transformation and industrial upgrading will become the new main theme of the new age,which can not be divorced from the support of the talented.In2022,the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee held a meeting to study the current state of the economy and economic work,and considered the "National "14th Five-Year Plan" for the development of talents,which brings new opportunities for the development of the education industry.These developments have provided new opportunities for the development of the education sector.With the new Vocational Education Law coming into effect on 1 May 2022,it is clear that vocational education and general education are of equal importance.And according to the research report"2022 Post-Epidemic Era College Student Job Search Insight Report" published by Ariadne Consulting.,the study was conducted in two stages,approximately 41% of college students are not overly optimistic about the current state of employment,although approximately 57.3% of the college students expressed willingness to participate in relevant job training activities.For this reason,it is best to choose to study the service marketing strategy of education and training companies in order to clarify the needs of the country and prospective students,in order to better serve students,gain a larger market share in order to achieve sustainable development,and to train high quality talent for the country to meet social development needs.In this paper,we take Handan Z Education as the object of research and adopt the research method of literature and empirical study to investigate its service marketing strategy.First,the current state of Handan Z Education’s service marketing is analysed from four aspects: product,price,channel and promotion using the theory of 4P.Second,its satisfaction with service marketing is analysed using IPA analysis.Based on the results of the analysis and 4R theory,the service marketing problems are further analysed in depth.Finally,using the 4R theory as a carrier,we put forward optimization suggestions in eight aspects: hardware and software facilities,brand foundation,response mechanism,employee loyalty,customer base,student relationship,concession value and operation cost from four dimensions: association,response,relationship and return,and put forward guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimization suggestions,mainly including organization system,human resources,financial capital and software system.In this article,we combine 4R theory with the service marketing strategy of education and training firms,and uses IPA analysis to identify specific problems in Handan Z Education that fall within the key areas of improvement and areas of secondary improvement.The current status of Handan Z Education Company is also combined with its service marketing strategy in order to offer suggestions for optimization,which will help Handan Z Education Company to better meet the needs of its students,to increase its market share,to achieve sustainable development,and in this way to train more excellent talents for social development,in addition to providing some benchmark value for this industry in terms of service-marketing strategy. |
