As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,cultural construction has become more and more important,firming cultural confidence is related to the rise and fall of the nation and cultural security.It is an important and urgent task for the party and the country to build a strong socialist culture.As an important part of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,red culture has rich spiritual connotation and various forms of expression,and has inherent moral education function.Since the 18 th national congress of the CPC,the party has attached great importance to the development of red culture.General Secretary Xi Jinping has made many visits to the holy land of the revolution,repeatedly stressing that the red spirit should be passed on from generation to generation and the red culture should shine the light of The Times.The red culture with the revolution memorial hall as the carrier,witnessing the revolutionary glory deeds,reflecting the patriotic spirit,firm ideal and belief,and high moral character of the older generation of revolutionaries,containing rich Ideological and Political Education resources.“According to the statistics of the state administration of cultural heritage in 2018,there are 808 museums and memorials dedicated to the revolution in China,” overing all provinces in China.The eighth route army taihang meseum is an important part of the revolutionary memorial hall,China’s only one comprehensive reflection of the eight-year history of the eighth route army of the large revolutionary memorial hall,Containg the rich red culture.It is of great significance to take the red culture into the Ideological and Political Education of college students,use the red gene to enhance the cultural self-confidence and national identity of college students,expand the influence of the red culture,and enhance the effectiveness of the Ideological and Political Education.Under this background,this paper takes the revolution memorial hall as the carrier,the eighth route army taihang meseum as the research object,explainimg the connotation of the red culture,the revolutionary memorial hall and the Ideological and Political Education of college students,the relationship among the three,and the manifestation and educational characteristics of the the revolutionary memorial museum’s red culture.Based on the essential theory of Ideological and Political Education,carrier theory of Ideological and Political Education and the acceptance mind theory of college students’ Ideological and Political Education as the oretical basis.The importance and feasibility of integrating the red culture of the the eighth route army taihang meseum into the Ideological and Political Education of college students are emphatically analyzed.Using the questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation and research methods of literature analysis,by studying the current situation of red culture of the eighth route army taihang meseum into college students’ Ideological and Political Education,and analysis the reason,and from the four aspects of education subject,education object,education carrier and the education environment put forward the effective path of red culture of the eighth route army taihang meseum into college students’ Ideological and Political Education.
