| Physical education teaching materials and teaching methods is an important course for colleges to cultivate specialized talents in physical education,and it plays an important role in training professional PE teachers to meet the needs of social development.However,there are some specific questions to be improved about this course.So adopted the methods of literature,questionnaires and interviews,based on Shandong province ordinary university sports education specialized independent courses in the sports teaching,the teachers of the present situation,the curriculum teaching present situation analysis,teaching feedback and so on,the current situation of sports education professional sports course teaching on teaching and research,the study analyse the problems,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.It is concluded that:1)There are 8 colleges in Shandong province separately setting up the course of Physical education teaching materials and teaching methods,which is generally regarded as a compulsory course.In addition,8 colleges and universities put the teaching methods of physical education and teaching materials in the courses of physical exercise skills or physical education science and teaching theory.2)The average of teachers’ teaching age is about 16 years.The old teachers have rich teaching experience,while the young teachers can accept more new knowledge.At the same time,attitude is also a key factor that can affect the quality of teaching.3)The professional title structure of teachers is relatively low,and teachers with lecturers’ professional titles become the subject of teachers.There are not only problems of comprehensive quality of teachers,but also objective and practical problems that it is difficult to publish teaching research results or declare subjects.It is suggested that the standards for professional title promotion of teachers in physical education teaching materials and teaching methods should be formulated through administrative means,so as to encourage teachers to actively carry out teaching research.4)The lack of communication platform and opportunities for teachers’ re-education affects their grasp and connection of teaching methods of physical education materials in primary and secondary schools to some extent.It is suggested that teachers should actively seek opportunities to improve the quality of teaching by learning online,participating in teacher workshops,and accepting new teaching ideas and techniques.5)The teaching that uses at present mostly is the old teaching material that 10 years ago,plus teaching material itself has lag behind,regard the student as important reference material,already did not adapt to the need of development of physical education of middle and primary school.It is suggested to promote the construction of teaching materials,design the teaching contents reasonably and improve the timeliness of teaching materials construction.6)Teaching objectives involve different dimensions of course teaching,but lack of necessary goal orientation for teaching method innovation.At the same time,the curriculum assessment is mainly based on theoretical assessment,accounting for 62.5%.However,there is only one school with strong practical assessment of applicable courses.It is suggested to strengthen the assessment of practical teaching ability according to the law of curriculum teaching.7)The teaching method of physical education textbooks involves a lot of content,and teachers can only select part of the content for teaching.The teaching organization form of physical education teaching material teaching method,which combines theory and practice,is relatively single.It is suggested to combine the daily special teaching method with the systematic study of physical education teaching material to improve the teaching effect.8)Teaching adopted the interpretation of the teaching method,heuristic method of teaching,case teaching method,practice method,discussing teaching method,inquiry teaching method and other methods,but due to problems such as class capacity,modern teaching technology constraints,the use of small group teaching method and modern teaching means there is insufficient,need teachers to strengthen the teaching of teaching methods and technology. |
