Research On Influencing Factors Of School-enterprise Cooperation In Jiangxi Higher Vocational Colleges

In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,training new high-quality talents,promoting school enterprise cooperation and helping college education to further improve are listed as the key issues of talent education in China,aiming to improve the teaching level and talent quality of our country through a comprehensive and multi angle education mode.School enterprise cooperation is a link of talent output.School enterprise cooperation is conducive to the cultivation of talents in line with their own construction and needs,provides the basis for enterprises to reserve talents,and further improves the industry share and market competitiveness of enterprises.In our country,the school enterprise cooperation started late,and there are few successful cases.The school enterprise cooperation in our country is still in the exploratory stage.Vocational colleges are an important pilot base for school enterprise cooperation in China,and a good platform for the in-depth development of school enterprise cooperation.Only by fully understanding the key factors that affect the school enterprise cooperation,can we effectively deepen the school enterprise cooperation in Colleges and universities,and provide a solid guarantee for the country to cultivate new talents.By summarizing the literature and analyzing the current situation of school enterprise cooperation in Jiangxi higher vocational colleges,Based on the summary of the literature and from three perspectives of Jiangxi vocational colleges’ attention to school-enterprise cooperation,business-school-enterprise cooperation,and the government’s influence on school-enterprise cooperation,Jiangxi vocational colleges and universities Analysis of the status quo of business cooperation.Combining the relevant experience of researchers in the same field and the guidance of experts,a questionnaire was designed.Through statistical analysis and the application of the principal component analysis model,the influence factors of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges in Jiangxi Province were studied.This paper starts with six categories of factors: country,economy,market,industry,enterprise,and vocational college,and proposes 17 hypothetical factors,Using SPSS 17.0 data software to carry out PCA principal component analysis on the data obtained.According to the analysis results,the research hypotheses are verified.The research results show that: 1.The research hypotheses are basically consistent with the research results.2.The research results refine the impact of the six factors proposed in the research hypothesis on the school enterprise cooperation in Jiangxi vocational colleges.3.The results show the interaction between enterprises and higher vocational colleges.4.There are seven main components in the research results: the first is the influence of economy on school enterprise cooperation;the second is the influence of matching degree between enterprises and higher vocational colleges on school enterprise cooperation;the third is the influence of enterprise competitiveness on school enterprise cooperation;the fourth is the influence of school enterprise cooperation demand on school enterprise cooperation;the fifth is the influence of government school enterprise cooperation The sixth principal component: the influence of bright people factors on school enterprise cooperation;the seventh principal component: the influence of policy factors on school enterprise cooperation;through this study,the author has deepened the understanding of the influencing factors of enterprise cooperation in Jiangxi higher vocational colleges,which provides important reference for the further healthy development of school enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges,and hopes that the results of this study can be used for the follow-up researchers Help.
