| At present,China’s economy is transforming into a stage of high-quality development. The industrial structure is in urgent need of optimization and upgrading. The population advantage in the previous economic development has gradually disappeared. Now the key and driving force to ensure the sound and stable development of the economy is the talent advantage. Therefore, the population advantage is transformed into talents. The advantage is the current problem that needs to be solved. It is against this background that the integration of school-enterprise cooperation and production and education came into being. It is a relatively stable cooperation and exchange relationship of mutual benefit and common development between college education and enterprise industry. It is also the cultivation of professional talents and promotion.important means of social and economic development. In order to achieve the expected goals, cooperation is required first. However,at present,a common problem in my country’s school-enterprise cooperation in the integration of production and education is that the willingness of enterprises to participate in cooperation is not strong. This phenomenon has restricted the in-depth advancement of school-enterprise cooperation. Therefore,it is very necessary to find the factors that affect the willingness of enterprises to participate in the integration of production and education in school-enterprise cooperation. This paper uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods to theoretically analyze the willingness of enterprises to participate in the integration of production and education in school-enterprise cooperation based on relevant theories, and explores some potential factors that may affect the willingness of enterprises to cooperate.Eleven, made basic assumptions about these factors, and initially constructed a theoretical model. On this basis,302 sample enterprises were selected to collect survey data, and the willingness of enterprises to participate in cooperation was taken as the dependent variable, and the binary Logistic regression model was used for empirical research. The empirical results show that:(1)In terms of individual characteristics of enterprises, the scale of employees, registered capital, and type of main business have a positive and significant impact on the willingness of enterprises to cooperate. That is,companies with larger employee scales are more willing to participate in cooperation;companies with higher registered capital are more willing to participate in cooperation;high-tech industries are more willing to participate in cooperation than traditional industries.(2)In terms of the cognitive characteristics of enterprises on school-enterprise cooperation, industry and education integration, enterprises’ perception of school-enterprise cooperation, industry and education integration to reduce recruitment costs, and enterprises’ positive perception of schoolenterprise cooperation, industry and education integration to improve the overall quality of employees Significantly affects the willingness of enterprises to cooperate. The better the company’s awareness of cooperation to reduce recruitment costs, the higher the willingness of the company to participate in cooperation;the better the company’s awareness of cooperation to improve the overall quality of employees, the higher the willingness to participate in cooperation.(3)In terms of external environmental constraints, the degree of satisfaction of enterprises with relevant institutional norms is positively affecting the willingness of enterprises to participate in the integration of production and education in school-enterprise cooperation. The higher the degree of satisfaction of enterprises with relevant institutional norms, the more willing they are to participate in cooperation.According to the empirical results, the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: large enterprises should actively undertake social responsibilities;colleges and governments should focus their work on enterprises with strong willingness to cooperate, and turn their will into practical actions; At the same time, colleges and the government should also pay attention to guiding small enterprises to participate in cooperation;demonstration enterprises and the government should strengthen the publicity of traditional industrial enterprises;cooperative colleges and universities should accurately meet the needs of enterprises and further reduce the recruitment costs of enterprises;give full play to cooperation The important role of colleges and universities in improving the comprehensive quality of enterprise employees;the state should improve laws and regulations, and play the role of bridges of industry organizations. |
