| Since the 21 st century,China’s higher vocational education has developed rapidly.With the strong support of the state for vocational education,China’s vocational education has entered a new stage of development.Under the influence of economic globalization,the internationalization of higher vocational education is an inevitable trend.In recent years,the reform of Vocational Education in Jiangxi Province has achieved remarkable results.Jiangxi Province not only needs to consolidate the existing achievements of vocational education,but also needs to explore its own development path under the fierce competition brought by the internationalization of higher vocational education.The main contents of this study are: first,the current situation of the internationalization development of Jiangxi Vocational Colleges;second,the internationalization strategy of foreign higher vocational education;third,the analysis framework construction of Jiangxi higher vocational education;fourth,the internationalization development strategy of Jiangxi vocational colleges.After SWOT analysis of the current situation of Higher Vocational Education in Jiangxi Province,it is found that the internationalization development of Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangxi Province has not only the advantages of local disciplines and costs,but also the opportunities brought by national policies and economic development;there are also the defects of lack of educational resources and regional position disadvantages,and at the same time,they are facing the threat of higher vocational schools outside Jiangxi Province.Based on the empirical study of the internationalization development of Jiangxi Vocational College of foreign language and foreign trade,this study finds that it has seized the opportunity in the internationalization development,made use of its professional advantages,and built a "multi language + X" school running mode to actively explore and integrate into the trend of internationalization development.The successful experience of internationalization of Jiangxi Vocational College of foreign language and foreign trade is worth learning from other schools.In exploring the internationalization strategy of Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangxi Province.In a word,in order to speed up the internationalization process of higher vocational education and cultivate international talents,it is necessary to renew the concept of running a school,promote the international flow of teachers and students,carry out variousforms of cooperation with foreign countries,and explore a running mode suitable for the internationalization development of Jiangxi vocational education. |
