| With the country’s emphasis on the sports industry,the sports industry has achieved great development in both scale and quantity.As a representative of the modern sports industry,the marathon is developing rapidly in China.China Athletics Association has set the development goals for the China Marathon from2018 to 2020.By 2020,the size of the nation ’s marathon will exceed 1,900,and the China Athletics Association certification will reach 350.Various road races will have more than 1,000 participants Ten thousand people,the industry scale of the marathon will reach 120 billion yuan.With the increase of the size of the marathon and the increase in the number of people,accidents occur frequently in the marathon,so it is necessary to strictly control the risk of the event.The development of project risk management theory in China’s sports events has been slow,which has restricted the development of sports events to a certain extent.Although some achievements have been made in the Chengdu Marathon,there are still many problems in the process.This article attempts to combine the current status of the Chengdu Marathon and the theory of risk management to analyze the risks of the 2019 Dongfeng Nissan Chengdu Marathon,identify the risks that may be encountered during the competition,analyze the risks,and minimize the risks during the competition to improve Chengdu.The quality of the marathon helps the Chengdu Marathon develop towards the goal of a gold marathon.This article mainly uses literature data method,expert interview method,field investigation method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method,taking the risk of Chengdu Marathon as the research object.First,the risk management related theories are summarized,and then the Chengdu Marathon risk factors are classified by expert interviews and questionnaires.A total of 5first-level indicator risks,13 second-level indicator risks,and 25 third-level indicators are identified.risk.Then use the list arrangement method and questionnaire survey method to conduct risk assessment,and obtain the risk assessment results.The top five high risks are:(1)direct participant personal injury risk;(2)marathon road route design,competition Road slope,road conditions,starting point and end point design and other risks;(3)The risk of interruption,delay or cancellation of the game due to weather or force majeure extreme climate;(4)The risk of race,religious conflicts,and inappropriate responses to foreign affairs;(5)Major economic crisis,risks for sponsors and advertisers.The corresponding first-level indicator risk quantities are ranked from high to low: personnel risk;organizational risk;environmental risk;political risk;and economic risk.Finally,based on the results of the risk assessment,the Chengdu Marathon risk status and problems are analyzed and countermeasures are proposed.Finally,suggestions for the research in this article:(1)professionally run games,create brand sports events to deal with economic risks;(2)strengthen cultural and traditional training,handle conflicts and conflicts carefully to deal with political risks;(3)make accurate predictions,and advocate participation in environmental protection Environmental risks;(4)Optimize the elements of the event organization to deal with organizational management risks;(5)Multi-pronged response to personnel risks. |
