| The effectiveness of university students’ entrepreneurship training has become an important factor for all departments of society to formulate and adjust policies,as the entrepreneurship attracts unprecedented attention from the public,since the Chinese government launched the initiative of ‘Widespread Entrepreneurship and Innovation’.As a professional institution providing entrepreneurship training and services for university students,company Z should pay special attention to the effectiveness of entrepreneurship training,as the core business funding for company Z comes from public financial support.How to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of entrepreneurship training for college students has become an important factor restricting company Z’s market competitiveness.Four models are usually used to measure the effectiveness of training:Kirkpatrick`s model,CIPP model,CIRO model and ROI model.However,all of models only focus on inputs and outputs(e.g.start-up environment,investment of training and process of training),lacking the explanation between training input and training output.The effectiveness of entrepreneurship training is critical to attract the trainees and gain financial support from government.For company Z,it is important to examine how the training inputs affect this training.Based on CIPP model and in-depth interviews,this paper constructs the evaluation system of university students’ entrepreneurship training effect.Furthermore,it studies the influential factors and internal mechanism of university students entrepreneurial training by questionnaire.The survey adopts structural equation model and 457 cases are collected,in which students as participants.The conclusion shows that knowledge and technology,entrepreneurship training demands,training teachers,training courses,training process supervision and feedback mechanism are the direct factors that affect the effectiveness of entrepreneurship training.Financial support from government is the indirect factor.Company Z should pay more attention to the entrepreneurial ability of college students,social benefits,training courses and demands,training teachers,system,training process supervision and feedback,etc.when evaluating and improving the effectiveness of entrepreneurial training for college students.Finally,it provides a series of recommendations for Company Z to improve its services and business processes. |
