In recent years,the scale of China’s art training market has expanded rapidly.Taking xi ’an as an example,by 2017,there were more than 500 art training institutions of various sizes in the urban area of xi ’an,which shows the importance of art education in China.With the emergence of art education,the teachers of various training institutions have become the main problem restricting its development.Caihua Art Training School in xi ’an is a medium-sized training institution,the nature of the school belongs to the individual school.Therefore,like other counterparts in the current art training market,teachers also face the following problems: shortage of teachers,low quality,high mobility,difficult to manage.Under such a background,based on the talents of the quality of teachers as the research object,through the observation,visiting,inducing and summarizing,summarizing the reality of the teachers’ quality,analysis its causes,and according to the analysis conclusion is put forward strategies for the improvement of teachers’ quality,in order to provide theoretical basis for the development of the school and in field application.This paper introduces and expounds the problem of teacher quality and the promotion strategy in six chapters.Firstly,in the process of problem diagnosis and cause analysis,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,expectation theory,fairness theory,systematic organization theory and other related theories are used for in-depth research.Problems existing in teacher quality are proposed from five aspects of professionalism,humanistic quality,communication,self-management and sense of responsibility,and the causes of these problems are analyzed.Secondly,in terms of the strategy design of teacher quality improvement,combining the iceberg model and the ability elements of excellent teachers,the value evaluation table and post competency model are customized for teachers of Caihua Art Training School.The hierarchical management mode is introduced to strengthen the professionalism of school teachers and build a team of teachers with strong ability and high level.Boston matrix analysis is used to diagnose the curriculum offered by the school and put forward the brand positioning.
