With the improvement of the social security system for persons with disabilities,the issue of social adaptation for persons with disabilities is receiving increasing attention from families and society.As a special vulnerable group,children with disabilities will have more serious psychological and behavioral problems than ordinary children due to their physical and physical defects.This group may have insufficient social adaptability.Studies have shown that disabled children’s social adaptability is more likely to be hindered,and social anxiety issues can arise at the social level.At present,children’s social anxiety has gradually attracted the attention of the research community.This study uses cognitive behavioral therapy as an intervention method,taking a disabled child with social anxiety as a service intervention object,exploring the applicability of cognitive behavioral therapy to the intervention and methods of social anxiety of disabled children,and socializing for disabled children.Anxiety intervention and cognitive behavioral therapy provide reflection and practical reference.Cognitive behavioral therapy emphasizes the important role of cognitive activities in influencing personal behavior and emotional problems.In the treatment process,the combination of cognitive therapy and behavioral therapy is adopted to support the client’s cognition through technical cooperation.Based on the cognitive changes,the client’s deviating behavior and unreasonable emotions are corrected.Under the guidance of cognitive behavior theory and social learning theory,this study intervened on the subject’s social anxiety disorder,mainly using talk therapy,supplemented by behavioral therapy,starting with the client’s cognitive anxiety,behavioral anxiety,and emotional anxiety to achieve the purpose of behavioral therapy.The process of cognitive anxiety intervention includes three stages: assist the client to find irrational beliefs,guide the client to argue with irrational beliefs,and help them establish correct cognition;the behavioral anxiety intervention process has two main links: finding social skills Social breakthroughs,helping clients to learn social skills and assisting clients to imitate social skills;the process of emotional anxiety intervention includes two stages: filling in emotional Facebook,improving the accuracy ofemotional recognition,scene reproduction,revisiting emotional stories,relaxing training,and dealing with cases Master emotional control training to train clients to positive emotional experience.The three intervention angles complement each other and strive to achieve the best treatment results.Through cognitive behavioral therapy,children’s social anxiety interventions were concluded,and suggestions for improvements in the study were also provided.
