A Research On Budget Management For W College

Higher vocational education is an indispensable part of China’s education system.With the increase of national attention,the investment in higher vocational education has increased,which makes higher vocational education develop rapidly.Budget management is the key in the daily management of colleges and universities.In order to improve the overall budget management level of our colleges and universities,this paper takes W College as the research object,analyses the problems existing in the budget management of W College,analyses the reasons,puts forward feasible suggestions,explores the regulation of budget management of Higher Vocational colleges,and improves the competitiveness of Vocational colleges.Overall budget management is a critical part of the daily management of the university.To improve the university overall budget management level,the paper object W College for the study,analysis of W College of overall budget management problems,analyze the reasons put forward countermeasures,with a view to further explore the general rules of university overall budget management,improving its overall competitiveness.According to the writing idea of "raising,analyzing and solving problems",this paper describes the present situation of budget management in W College by adopting the related theories of budget management and performance evaluation,and points out that budget management in W College is being neglected、lack of scientific preparation system、disjointed between budget execution and management、lack of supervision incentives and performance appraisal,solutions are put forward to improve the school’s attention to budget management,formulate budget management supervision and appraisal system,establish budget management system,and improve budget preparation system.Through the exploration of W College’s budget management,this paper provides ideas and experiences for other colleges with their budget management,and contributes to the improvement of our higher vocational colleges’ budget management level.
