The rise and development of any industry can not be separated from talent,the strength of the talent team often has good creativity.In recent years,Hainan Province’s economy has developed rapidly and steadily,in which the scale of the pharmaceutical industry has gradually expanded,and it is expected to become the pillar industry of the province in the future,which plays a vital role in the allocation of resources for the whole city.It can be seen that the pharmaceutical industry needs to introduce a large number of high-level technologies.However,at this stage,the province’s talent introduction measures are not scientific,and further improvement and improvement.The overall quality and professional ability of the talent team play an important role in the development of pharmaceutical industry.The analysis of national policies and regulations shows that the domestic pharmaceutical industry is about to usher in a beautiful spring,its development potential is huge,the prospects are very broad.From the current development situation,the rise of life science has injected new vitality into the development of the pharmaceutical industry.Through the research of life science,medicine and life science can be closely linked to promote the common development of the two.Moreover,with the rapid progress of information technology,more and more researchers apply biotechnology science to pharmaceutical industry and new drug research and development,which makes the research and development of business more convenient and high.In the course of this research,the author has read a lot about it at home and abroad Literature and reports,the current medical industry talent introduction situation,and based on this research.In addition,the author analyzes and compares the strategy and implementation of talent introduction in different countries,draws lessons from its excellent experience,and reflects on its shortcomings.On this basis,the author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Hainan Province in the process of talent introduction,and further combs and induces in order to provide reference for the province.Not only that,the author investigated and analyzed more than 40 enterprises in the province,well-known medical research institutions at this stage of talent strategy,future prospects and deficiencies.In recent years,Hainan Province has vigorously supported the development of pharmaceutical enterprises and scientific research institutes,and is committed to making it a superior industry in the province to promote the long-term and stable economic development of the province.The author deeply explores and analyzes the shortcomings of the province in absorbing high-level talents,and the research results show that the construction of talent team is facing many challenges.Mainly reflected in the policy,living environment,employment environment and industry 4.Among them,the preferential policies related to talents have not been put into practice,the turnover rate is relatively high,the scientific and perfect system of talent introduction has not been constructed,the way of absorbing talents is single and relevant policies have been put into practice,and the relevant policies have been put forward for forward The employment environment provided is not very superior,nor is a scientific and rational development path planned.Therefore,the author believes that we should further improve the laws and strategies of talent introduction,establish science and diversification,and provide a good employment and living environment for high-level talents under the guidance and help of the government.
