With the continious growing of human material wealth,people pay more and more attention to their own health problems.Nowadays,the modernization process that the today’s era is calling for is evolving rapidly.Fast rhythm,strong competition and high pressure have become the norm in our dailylife.Modern people are faced with the life along with the increasing pressure,under the prerequisite of convenient to use effective way to promote the health of the group of women should be given attention.Nowadays the awakening of the people in a more rational attitude and poetic emotion to look at every life precious,realize that health is the foundation of a happy life,but also enjoy the cornerstone of the pursuit of high quality life,health fitness concept arises at the historic moment and appropriates with it.As the most important fitness in health fitness,aerobic fitness is the foundation of people’s health,which is closely related to people’s health.Yoga practice,a "light duty" slow type movement,accepted by the group of women,is one of the widly recognized fitness way nowadays.Yoga as a sport loved by women’s groups,has become a fitness club standard sports today,many colleges and universities in our country will successively introduced the door sports college PE class,and recognised by nowadays people higher fitness.Though conducting Yoga practice on the female college students in the guangzhou university city for 16 weeks,this paper examined and added the influence of xygen uptake,oxygen transport,oxygen utilization ability and other auxiliary indexes on female college students’ health level.Accordingly,we can study further the effects of yoga practice on female college students’ health and provide some references for the internal influence mechanism.Thus,we can provide some theoretical references and popularization for the further promotion of yoga practice.Methods test indexes including reflect the oxygen uptake capacity,oxygen transport capacity,oxygen utilization ability index.Our research uses the literature material method,experimental method and mathematical statistics.Results after 16 weeks of yoga practice:(1)to reflect the oxygen uptake capacityindicators: vital capacity,5 times vital capacity,poor breathing,forced vital capacity,1 seconds are different degrees of improvement,and present a significant change(p <0.05);Vo2 Max,the chase capacity is improved but it did not show significant change(p > 0.05),not statistically significant;(2)reflect the oxygen transport capacity index:step index dynamic systolic blood pressure,dynamic heart rate,all have different degrees of improvement and show significant difference(p < 0.05),the quiet heart rate,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and quiet state dynamic diastolic blood pressure also slightly improved but did not show significant change(p > 0.05);3)index reflecting ability of oxygen use: oxygen saturation of blood oxygen saturation,perfusion index,flesh all have different degrees of improvement before and after the experiment and show significant difference(p < 0.05),hemoglobin oxygen saturation index before and after the experiment,quiet condition did not show significant change(p > 0.05).Conclusion(1)through regular yoga practice can improve relevant indicators reflect the oxygen uptake capacity,however,to improve the different degree;(2)through a regular yoga practice can improve the body oxygen transport capacity of different level,its index to reflect the movement state of improve the resting state;(3)through regular yoga practice can effectively improve female college students oxygen utilization ability;(4)the correlation between oxygen uptake,oxygen transport and oxygen utilization in aerobic FITNESS showed correlation,but the correlation between the indicators was different.According to the study by making regular yoga practice can improve the body’s ability to uptake,transportation,utilization of oxygen,improve the level of female college student aerobic fitness,further verify the yoga practice has a positive role in promoting female college students health level,provides certain reference basis for yoga in female college students of the group project.
