In China,it has popularized free and compulsory education,but there a re still obvious differences between regions,urban and rural areas,inter-school level and quality of education,and the people’s growing demand for high-quality education and insufficient supply are not in contradiction.In order to continuously narrow the gap between schools in the region,there are many practices in Shanghai,Chengdu and other region,which mainly high-quality private schools or education intermediary agencies entrusted to ma nage weak public schools,through strengthening inter-school help,entrusted management and other ways to achieve high-quality resource sharing.But in Dongguan City,Guangdong Province,based on the inevitable requirement of high-quality balanced development in the compulsory education、practical ne eds of migrant children’ s educational equity and the quality of migarant ch ildren’ s schools need to be improved urgently.there are appearing a new pr actice that high-quality public schools commissioned to manage private migr ant children’ s schools.Based on the theory of entrusting agent,this paper analysis the theore tical basis of the entrusted management of private migrant children’ s schoo ls by public schools in Dongguan,to explore its feasibility and necessity.Through analysis and review the entrusted management of private migrant chi ldren’s schools by public schools in Dongguan.Focusing on the case analysi s of Chang’ an Zhen’ an Junior High School commissioned by Songshan Lake Expe rimental Middle School,to find out the key points of this practice.Meanwhi le,There are still something to improve in the practice.So,The author puts forward some policy suggestions to optimize the entrusted management of th e school.including enhance the professionalization of the trust team by act ively cultivating third-party educational institutions,participate in the management and promote the more efficient management of entrustment by clar ify the incentives to stimulate the initiative of the entrusted schools,an d strengthen the quality assurance of entrustment management through a more comprehensive qualification audit and a better performance evaluation syst em,and so on optimization strategies and suggestions for perfection,In or der to better practice this new educational reform model that high-quality public schools commissioned to manage private migrant children’ s schools in Dongguan in the future.
