With the entry of children from their families into kindergartens,families and kindergartens are very important and directly related two micro-systems in the ecological environment of children’s growth,and both form the intermediate environment system,that is,kindergarten-family relationship.Kindergarten-family cooperation is a very important content in the early childhood education stage.Kindergarten-family cooperation can not only promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of children’s body and mind,but also improve the quality of kindergarten education.However,under the influence of the public opinion environment and the high consumption and high expectation of kindergarten education,the parents’ one-sided understanding of kindergarten-family cooperation and early childhood education leads to unreasonable educational needs,which leads to the contradiction between parents and teachers and the deviation of kindergarten-family cooperation.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to correct the deviation of kindergarten-family cooperation,to harmonize kindergarten-family relations and to make both sides cooperate with each other.According to this research,Foshan T Kindergarten is selected as the research object.Based on qualitative research,data were collected by means of interview,participatory observation,text analysis and questionnaire survey.Deeply investigate the present situation of T kindergarten kindergarten-family cooperation,mainly focusing on the contents,forms,difficulties and the attitude of both sides to kindergarten-family cooperation.Discuss the problems existing in kindergarten-family cooperation,and analyze the factors affecting kindergarten-family cooperation,and then put forward corresponding suggestions on this basis.Research shows,(1)As a whole,the kindergarten-family cooperation situation of T kindergarten is: The kindergarten focuses on the development of kindergarten-family cooperation with the parents service firstly,parents show a strong attitude towards kindergarten-family cooperation.The content of kindergarten-family cooperation is single,theattention of both sides of kindergarten-family cooperation content is not consistent.Formalization of kindergarten-family Activities is serious,the effectiveness is weak.In the cooperation of kindergarten-family,parents’ understanding and support of kindergarten is not enough,Inter-generational education reduces kindergarten-family communication and parents’ participation is low.(2)Problems existing in kindergarten-family cooperation of T kindergarten: The understanding of kindergarten-family cooperation between kindergarten and families is biased.The comprehensive quality of teachers needs to be improved.Parents lack scientific educational ideas and methods.And there are deviations in kindergarten-family cooperation in educational practice.(3)The main factors affecting kindergarten-family cooperation are: The factors affecting both sides of the kindergarten-family itself.The factors related to the relationship between the two sides of the kindergarten-family.The factors related to the operation and management of the kindergarten.And the environmental factors of public opinion on both sides of the kindergarten-family.Therefore,this study proposes to promote cooperation among the kindergarten-family:Optimize the environment of public opinion,standardize information disclosure,and positively guide kindergarten-family cooperation.Strengthen the top-level design,consolidate the foundation of kindergarten-family cooperation.The professional growth of teachers is the key of kindergarten-family cooperation.Parents self-promotion and adjustment,active participation,is the core of kindergarten-family cooperation.
