| Background and purposeObesity affects and harms people’s health and life.Exercise has become an effective means of weight loss recognized by the public,but in the actual exercise of weight loss,there are obvious individual differences in the effect of weight loss.The reason is not only related to genetic genes,but also to the change of spontaneous body activity.Some studies think that sports will change people’s life style,reduce the spontaneous physical activity before exercise,and cause the compensation of human energy consumption,so that the effect of exercise on weight loss is not obvious.However,some studies have pointed out that exercise not only does not reduce the level of spontaneous physical activity,but also promotes people’s energy.Besides exercise,it also increases the amount of spontaneous physical activity High energy consumption.Up to now,it is not completely clear that exercise has effect on spontaneous physical activity,especially whether there are differences in different forms of exercise.The purpose of this study is to explore whether there are differences in spontaneous physical activity among different weight loss effects under the same exercise.research methodTwenty four female members of Guangzhou weitis fitness club were recruited as the research objects.Four of them quit during the training.Twenty of them were included in the analysis.The average age was 31.5 ± 4.5 years old,height was 162.0 ±8.0 cm,weight was 70.22 ± 5.90 kg,BMI was 26.46 ± 1.13 kg / ㎡,body fat rate was32.19% ± 3.58%,waist hip ratio was 0.91 ± 0.03.All the subjects exercised three times a week according to the same training plan.Each exercise was divided into four parts: warm-up,stretching,unarmed training and relaxation stretching.The total time is 3 months,3 times a week.The intensity of each training: heart rate is controlled at130-160 times / min.At the same time,monitor and urge the subjects’ daily diet,combine exercise with diet,and scientifically and reasonably reduce weight.Spontaneous physical activity was tracked and recorded by triaxial accelerometer,which was represented by the average data of the first seven days,the middle and the last three stages,each of which was seven days.In addition,height,weight,waist circumference and hip circumference were measured before and after exercise and weight loss,and body fat% of the subjects was measured by body fat compositioninstrument.Statistical analysis: before and after self comparison,paired t test was used;further,according to the body fat rate,10% or more of the body fat weight reduction after weight loss was classified as the group with good weight loss effect,otherwise it was classified as the group with poor exercise weight loss effect,and the difference of spontaneous physical activity level between the two groups in different periods was compared by two factor analysis of variance.Research findings1.Overall weight loss: body weight,BMI,body fat ratio and waist hip ratio decreased from 70.22 ± 5.90 kg,26.46 ± 1.13kg/m2,32.19% ± 3.58%,0.92 ± 0.03 to66.37 ± 6.35 kg,24.62 ± 1.59kg/m2,28.53% ± 3.13%,0.87 ± 0.02 before exercise,respectively;body weight,BMI,body fat ratio and waist hip ratio decreased significantly after exercise(P < 0.01).The average energy consumption of spontaneous physical activity in the first 7 days of exercise,7 days of exercise and 7days after exercise were 387.09 ± 87.08 kcal,314.04 ± 76.48 kcal and 310.26 ±95.44 kcal,respectively.2.Weight and body composition of different weight loss effect groups: according to the weight loss of body fat by more than 10%,they are divided into excellent exercise effect group or poor exercise weight loss group.Results the former 14 people,the latter 6 people.Before exercise,body weight,BMI,body fat rate and waist hip ratio of excellent exercise group decreased from 69.69 ± 5.33 kg,26.31 ± 1.47kg/m2,32.61% ± 2.79%,0.92 ± 0.03 to 65.54 ± 5.67 kg,24.15 ± 1.47kg/m2,28.50% ± 2.41%,0.88 ± 0.02,respectively(P < 0.01).Before exercise,the body weight,BMI,body fat rate and waist hip ratio of the poor weight loss group decreased from 71.45 ± 7.48 kg,26.80 ± 1.11kg/m2,31.20% ± 5.17%,0.92 ± 0.03 to 68.28 ± 7.97 kg,25.72 ±1.35kg/m2,28.61% ± 4.71%,0.87 ± 0.01,respectively,and the body weight and BMI before and after exercise had very significant differences(P < 0.01),and the waist hip ratio before and after exercise had significant differences(P < 0.05),However,there was no significant difference in body fat ratio before and after exercise.There was only significant difference in BMI between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.The level of spontaneous physical activity in different weight-loss effect groups: the level of spontaneous physical activity in excellent weight-loss effect group was 396.63 ± 65.61 kcal,363.23 ± 45.82 kcal and 371.83 ± 59.83 kcal in the first7 days,the middle 7 days and the end 7 days,respectively.There was no significant difference before and after exercise.The spontaneous physical activity of the groupwith poor weight loss effect was 364.96 ± 30.02 kcal,240.26 ± 32.44 kcal and 217.91± 29.04 kcal in the first 7 days,the middle 7 days and the end 7 days,respectively.There was significant difference in energy consumption of physical activity before and after exercise(P < 0.05).conclusionSpontaneous physical activity has an effect on the weight loss effect of exercise.The effect of weight loss becomes worse when the spontaneous physical activity decreases significantly after exercise. |
