Team is a basic form that personnel organization for an organization can be to overcome challenges and gain competitive advantages.As an important indicator of team innovation,team creativity has attracted much attention.Due to the requirements of the external environment and the rapid changes within the organization,the team pursues efficient output,and time and efficiency become more and more important.Although there are a lot of literature about the effect of time pressure on team creativity,there is no consensus,and the mechanism of time pressure on team creativity is not clear.According to affective events theory,work events such as time pressure affect team performance such as team creativity through work emotions.The difference of the transactive memory system lies in the team members’ understanding and trust of other members’ fields of expertise.It is undeniable that in the case of different levels of the transactive memory system,the mechanism of time pressure on team creativity will change to different degrees.Therefore,based on challenge-hindrance stress model and affective events theory,this study explores the influence of time stress on team creativity from the team level,and studies the mediating role of team emotions and the moderating role of transactive memory system.In this paper,135 college students from a university in China are selected as the experimental subjects,which are divided into 45 three person teams to carry out team tasks,in order to collect relevant data.Through the data analysis of SPSS and verification hypothesis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The team with higher time pressure will have higher team creativity.2.Time pressure has a significant impact on team creativity by influencing team positive emotions and team negative emotions.3.The transactive memory system plays a negative role in moderating the time pressure and team creativity.The higher the time pressure is,the higher the team creativity of low transactive memory system is,the faster the team creativity of high transactive memory system is.4.transactive memory system plays a positive role in moderating time pressure and team negative emotions.The higher time pressure is,the more team creativity of high transactive memory system is decreased than that of low transactive memory system.5.The transactive memory system plays a negative role in moderating team negative emotions and team creativity.The higher the team negative emotions,the faster the team negative emotions of low transactive memory system decrease than that of high transactive memory system.This study is a systematic study based on the existing theories and research results.The research results have a positive significance in improving the related theories of time pressure and team emotion and the moderating mechanism of transactive memory system.The research of this paper has a certain theoretical significance.On the basis of this research,enterprise managers realize the importance of time pressure and team emotion in the process of team cultivation,and promote their active and effective use and management of transactive memory system.
