| As the main force of future academic research in China,not only postgraduates should be at the forefront in academic ability and academic level,but also the academic morality is the top priority of postgraduate training.By summarizing,the thesis finds that the existing researches on postgraduate academic ethics focus on the performance,reasons or post-event management of postgraduate academic ethics,but there is little research on cultivation.Cultivation as the root element for solving problems,should be taken seriously.Therefore,this study uses literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,case methods and comprehensive analysis methods to understand the current status of postgraduate academic ethics and cultivation,and in order to further research countermeasure from the point of cultivation.The first chapter introduces the background,research significance,research status of domestic and foreign research on this issue,and summarizes the research methods and innovations of this thesis.The second part makes an overview of the cultivation of postgraduate academic ethics.This chapter defines the concept of postgraduate academic ethics,explains the necessity of cultivating postgraduate academic ethics,and establishes the theoretical basis.The third part analyzes the performance and the reasons of the lack of postgraduate academic ethics.This chapter mainly studies the relevant data on the basis of the questionnaire,and summarizes the specific performance of the lack of academic ethics.This part summarizes the reasons of postgraduate academic ethics from two aspects,that is objective reasons and subjective reasons.The fourth part is the countermeasure research on the cultivation of postgraduate academic ethics.Based on society,universities,mentors and graduate students,and combining the advance prevention and the post-event management of postgraduate academic ethics and different carrier,this chapter provides practical and feasible measures to solve the problem of postgraduate academic ethics from multiple perspectives. |
