The primary school stage is an important stage for students to learn knowledge,form character,cultivate habits,and develop intelligence.In this period,students are6-12 years old,they are gradually self-conscious,and they have the ability to analyze problems in a simple way.Self-conscious ability,but self-binding is weaker,the time of concentration is shorter.In the classroom teaching management,the author found that the students of the rural primary school in Ningcheng County are weaker than the pupils in the urban areas in the classroom performance,and the most obvious manifestation in the classroom is the thinking slip,not listening seriously.Not within the specified time to complete the relevant learning tasks,take advantage of classroom activities to play,and so on.If the present situation lasts for a long time and cannot be solved,it will restrict the future development of students and bring long-term negative effects to students’ individual growth.This article takes Ningcheng County Y Primary School as the investigation object,discovers some problems in the classroom teaching management,such as the students’ attention is not concentrated,the frequent classroom dispute among the students,the student’s "prank" influence and so on discipline management question;The classroom teaching time allocation is unreasonable,the classroom teaching time utilization rate is low,the teaching time level proportion is imbalance and so on,the teacher teaching effect is not obvious,the student study efficiency is low,and so on classroom efficiency problems.The main reasons are as follows: first,the students’ subjective initiative is poor,the cultivation of habit is lacking,and the classroom learning atmosphere is not strong enough to become the main cause of the discipline management problem;The second factor is the waste of time caused by maintaining classroom discipline,the contradiction between teaching activities and the interaction between teachers and students,and the consideration of the outstandingstudents and the poor students.The impact of large class size is the direct cause of classroom inefficiency.In recent years,the author has been thinking about how to solve a series of problems in the classroom teaching management of rural primary schools,and combined with his experience as a front-line teacher to manage the classroom and consult experienced old teachers.On the basis of analyzing the causes of the problems and collecting evidence,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,such as strengthening the teachers’ self-management,concentrating students’ attention,reasonably handling the classroom emergencies and other disciplinary management strategies,optimizing the classroom teaching design,and so on.Reasonable allocation of classroom teaching time,arousing students’ interest in learning,raising students’ awareness of time management and other time.The author hopes that through the study of the problems and countermeasures in the classroom teaching management in rural primary schools,it can give some enlightenment to the rural front-line teachers,make them more perfect the charm of their own work practice,and thus increase the students’ interest in learning.Improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.At the same time,I hope rural primary school teachers can improve themselves and explore new methods of teaching practice.
