CUBA has developed into one of the three major basketball events in China,and its regularly organized referee training promotes the cultivation of college basketball referees.Zhejiang Province,as a traditional strong province in the CUBA Southeast Division,attaches great importance to the cultivation of high-quality college basketball referees.This article takes the basketball referee training path of colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province as the research object,adopts the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,field survey method and other research methods to organize the organization,teaching and assessment of basketball referee training in Zhejiang universities Analyze the situation of teachers and students,summarize the current status and existing problems of referee training in colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province,and propose optimization strategies to improve the quality of referee training in colleges and universities.Concluded as follow:1.The training organization for basketball referees of collegesand universities in Zhejiang Province is formed spontaneously under the leadership of the basketball branch of Zhejiang School Sports Association(University Department).Their organizations have competition departments.Colleges lack offices,publicity departments,finance departments,and outreach departments,and the organizations are not complete.The lack of training outlines for the training of basketball referees in colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province will lead to irregular training of basketball referees in colleges and universities,and the quality and effectiveness of training will be reduced.2.The organizational form of basketball referee training in colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province is a pyramid.The first level is for the initial training of newly recruited students;the second level is for the second and third level basketball referees;the third level is for the first level basketball referees.to cultivate.3.The teaching content of basketball referee training in colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province is different.The third-level basketball referees highlight the rules of the recording table;the second-level referees highlight the rules;the first-level referees highlight the accuracy of verdicts and on-site management.The teaching content does not involve basketball skills and tactics and competition organization and arrangement.4.The teaching methods for the training of basketball refereesin colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province are diverse but traditional and simple.They all use lecture methods,model methods,etc.,and lack innovative teaching methods such as situational teaching methods and inquiry learning methods.Basketball referee training averages 2-6 class hours per month,less time is scheduled,resulting in unsystematic and inefficient student learning.5.Zhejiang college students referees have a strong sense of extracurricular learning,and the most used extracurricular learning methods for students referees are online resource learning and watching game videos.The students referees lack professional guidance for referee teachers.6.The theoretical assessment of basketball referees in colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province lacks the content of competition organization and arrangement and basketball skills and tactics;the physical assessment adopts Legel running,which is relatively simple;there is no scoring standard for on-site assessment,and the assessment process is not standardized.7.The average age of basketball referee training teachers in colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province is 43 years old,30% of national and above referee teachers,70% of first-level referee teachers,50% of them have a ruling period of more than 10 years,and more than 6years of coaching period.60%.Teachers who only participated in 1-2trainings a year accounted for 80%,and those who did not participate in the training accounted for 10%.The referee teachers are of high level,have long ruling years,and have rich experience in coaching,but they are not motivated to learn again.8.The recruitment and publicity of student basketball referees is not strong,the level of student basketball is not high,and the student referees rarely participate in out-of-school training above the municipal level.The student ruling experience is mainly school competitions and lacks experience in competition rulings.Optimization path:1.Optimize the basketball referee training management organization system.Improve organizational structure and strengthen process supervision.2.Optimize the basketball referee training teaching system.Improve teaching content;optimize teaching methods;add teaching hours;broaden learning channels.3.Optimize the basketball referee training assessment system.Improve the assessment content;strict assessment discipline.4.Optimize basketball
