To meet the challenges of information society,in 2018,the 2 action plan of education informatization was promulgated in 2018.The general office of N Province issued the "the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Internet plus education demonstration zone" implementation plan,focusing on the establishment of the "Internet plus education" demonstration area,and focused on creating "the demonstration zone"(the demonstration area of educational resources sharing and the demonstration area of innovation Literacy Education).,demonstration area of teachers’ team construction,demonstration area of Ideological and political construction of school party,demonstration area of modern education management)Teacher development is the core of education development.Based on this goal,on the basis of understanding the teaching characteristics of junior middle school English teachers,and in combination with the standard of information technology application ability of primary and secondary school teachers(Trial)issued by China,the junior middle school English information teaching ability is divided into five dimensions:technical literacy,planning and preparation,organization and management,evaluation and diagnosis,learning and development.After that,this research takes English teachers from nine junior high schools in three districts of Y City as the research object,and applies literature method,questionnaire method,interview method and other research methods to the research.In the investigation After analyzing the current situation of information technology application ability of English teachers in nine junior middle schools in three districts of Y City,this paper analyzes the influencing factors in depth through qualitative research methods,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the information-based teaching ability of English teachers in junior middle schools,so as to provide targeted improvement strategies for improving the information-based teaching ability of English teachers in junior middle schools,so as to provide information-based construction of English teaching and teachers Information technology capability improvement provides reference basisBased on the data from the questionnaire,the author interviewed four junior middle school teachers in Y City,and explored the influencing factors of junior middle school English teachers’information-based teaching ability,including social environment,school information-based environment construction,teachers’ own factors,teachers’ information-based training,students’ factors,etcBased on the causes of the problems,this study puts forward the following strategies to improve junior middle school English teachers’ information technology application ability:strengthen the training,further improve the technical literacy of English teachers;consolidate the theoretical basis,improve the planning and preparation ability of information-based teaching;Strengthen the teaching application of information technology,improve the organization and management ability of information-based teaching;pay attention to the use of information technology to carry out teaching evaluation and diagnosis,improve the evaluation and judgment ability of teachers;make full use of information technology to promote professional development,and constantly improve learning and development ability.
