Nowadays,it is the mission and responsibility of education to cultivate all-round development innovators.How to improve students’ core accomplishment?In the field of education,people pay more and more attention.To cultivate innovative talents and develop quality education,we must promote the reform of classroom teaching mode.Project-based learning is an important way to cultivate innovative and compound talents.However,project-based learning itself has some limitations.How to make up for the deficiency of project-based learning.This is a question worth studying.In this study,we found that mixed-age education and project-based learning can achieve complementary advantages.After analyzing their commonness,we found that the feasibility of combining the two is relatively high.Therefore,according to the theory of project-based learning,mixed age education and teaching design,this study designed the first draft of the teaching design scheme of mixed age project-based learning.The first draft of the teaching design scheme of mixed age project-based learning elaborated the needs of design and development of mixed age project-based learning from four aspects:Project-based learning objectives,teaching preparation,teacher teaching design and Internet technology support Steps and precautions to be taken;In order to verify the practical effect of the scheme and further improve the scheme,two semesters of teaching practice were carried out in xxx primary school.During this period,the teachers of the school designed mixed age project-based learning to carry out teaching practice according to the design scheme,and finally got the final draft of mixed age project-based learning teaching design scheme through two rounds of practice iterations;it was used before and after each round of practice Based on the core literacy questionnaire designed by the existing index system,the author conducted a questionnaire survey.Through the analysis of the results of questionnaire,interview data and classroom observation,the results show that mixed age and mixed age project-based learning can effectively improve the core literacy of students,significantly increase the learning polarity of students,significantly improve the communication ability,team cooperation ability and awareness To some extent.The implementation of this study provides some useful ideas and cases for the front-line teaching reform.
