| With the acceleration of the economic and social development and the construction of a socialist harmonious society in the region,enjoying "a fairer and more quality education" has become the most urgent desire of the majority of the people and the most significant sign of achieving social justice.The online course based on the school community Co-construction and sharing are important guarantees for realizing the sharing of high-quality educational resources,promoting the high-quality operation and development of weak rural schools,and the stable and high-quality operation of urban and rural primary and secondary schools.Especially in the perspective of the school community,using high-quality school network courses as a carrier is the way to promote the overall improvement of the quality of education and teaching resources in weak schools.In the meanwhile,optimizing school teachers in-depth research on the relationship between high-quality educational resources and weak school development and the promotion of work can help with improving the quality of education and teaching in weak schools.On top of this,"Internet+education" as a breakthrough will do a great help by using the Internet technology to break the bottleneck of the shortage of quality education resources in weak schools,forming high-quality schools.The synergy of school education is the driving force for the change and development of weak schools.The author studied the weak elementary school online classrooms based on the school community which is based on the "Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan","China Education Modernization 203 5"and"Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region" Internet+Education"Demonstration Area Construction Plan(2018-2022).Also,I have optimized case studies and analyzed not only the changes in students and teachers,but also the changes in classroom management through pre-and post-construction of online classrooms in high-quality schools and weak schools.In addition,I’ve studied further on network classroom optimization strategies.The strategy of using high-quality primary school online courses to improve the quality of classroom teaching in weak primary sch ools has been explored,which can better promote the synchronous development of the school community and realize the balanced allocation of regional education resources while reducing regional,urban-rural,and inter-school gaps,and promote high-quality educational equity. |
