Research On The Development Of Sports Community In Higher Education Institutions From The Perspective Of Modern Governance

College community have become the “second classroom ”in higher education,which is an extension of teaching and has a positive role in promoting human development.Sports community are the most dynamic ones in campus community,and they are loved by the majority of students.This has prompted more and more sports community to develop on campus and participate in more and more people.That is why college sports community need to develop to a deeper level.However,many problems have been exposed during the development process.The specific performance is as follows:the development needs and supply of the association are unbalanced,the staff is scattered,and the rules and regulations are blurred,which restricts the further development of college sports associations.Therefore,college sports community urgently need a new management model to break through the predicament.Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee,governance modernization has gradually been recognized by people,and it has been applied to the management of public organizations,which has a moderating effect on the resolution of internal conflicts in public organizations.Then,the convening of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee made it clear that: "The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China’s Decision on Upholding and Improving the Socialist System with Chinese Characteristics and Promoting the Modernization of the National Governance System and Governance Capability" requires the country and society to advance Modern governance.Therefore,the organic integration of modern governance concepts and sports has become necessary for the development of today’s era.University sports community,as a part of sports organizations,should do the same.The development of college sports community with the concept of modern governance is not only an important means for the sustainable development of the association itself,but also a promotionof the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.This article takes the sports community in Yong colleges and universities as the research object,through the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,case study method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,investigates and analyzes the development status of sports community in Yong colleges and universities,draws The following main conclusions:1.The sports commynity in colleges and universities from the perspective of modern governance is actually a reform of the traditional management model,which will appear in the management of commynity in a flexible manner.It has five characteristics: the service concept based on the members of sports associations,the goals of diversified participation of the association,cooperation,co-governance,multi-directional interactive power,and scientific and democratic management.The relationship between the two is as follows: in order to solve the shortcomings of the current management model and respond to the national era policy call,modern college sports associations will integrate with modern governance and embark on the road of modern governance.2.Sports commynity in Yong colleges and universities are loved by the majority of students,have certain rules and regulations,and regularly hold club meetings.However,there are also phenomena such as a single type of club activity,administrative management with leadership as the center,a system fictitious,relatively simple sharing mechanism,lack of funds,incomplete conference content,imperfect supervision organization,and insufficient venues.3.The main problems in the sports commynity of Yong colleges and universities in the perspective of modern governance are: the service concept based on the members of the club has not been implemented;the administrative color of the management model still exists;the management process is scientific and the democratization is insufficient;the members of the club Consciousness of coordination and cooperation is not in place;the development ability of the association itself is weak;theinternal operating mechanism is not perfect,etc.,which restricts the orderly development of the association.4.The development of sports commynity in Yong colleges and universities is mainly influenced by the five factors of internal operation of the club,the support and guidance of the leadership,the ability of the club itself,the awareness of members,and the support of the public,which hinders the healthy and orderly development of the club.5.Through the analysis of the main problems and the main influencing factors,the development strategy is proposed with the four dimensions of the community leadership,the community itself,the members of the community and the public.
