| Based on the theoretical research on academic self-efficacy,state boredom and learning burnout,this paper analyzes and studies the relationship among academic self-efficacy,state boredom and learning burnout among secondary vocational students.Research of this paper is divided into two parts,the one is the academic self-efficacy questionnaire,multi-dimensional state boredom questionnaire(Chinese version)and learning burnout questionnaire to collect data,select 8 secondary vocational schools,960 students of Shanghai implementation of questionnaire survey,and data by SPSS21.0 software t test,correlation analysis and the mediation effect test.The second study is a group counseling intervention aimed at state boredom of secondary vocational students.It is assumed that group counseling can reduce state boredom and learning burnout.A questionnaire pre-test was conducted on 128 first-year students majoring in international business in a commercial school in Shanghai.32 subjects selected from the previous test results were divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 16 students in each group.The group counseling program was designed according to the intervention study on state boredom,and the experimental group was treated for 8 times.The control group did not do any treatment.After the activity,the experimental group and the control group were tested and the data before and after were analyzed.The results show that:(1)The academic self-efficacy,state boredom and learning burnout of the secondary vocational students were in the middle level.(2)The academic self-efficacy,state boredom and learning burnout of secondary vocational students are different in gender and grade.(3)Academic self-efficacy is negatively correlated with boredom and learning burnout;State boredom was positively correlated with learning burnout.(4)State boredom plays a partial mediating role between academic self-efficacy and learning burnout.(5)Group counseling can effectively reduce state boredom and improve learning burnout.By studying the relationship among academic self-efficacy,state boredom and learning burnout of secondary vocational students,this study provides reference for how to reduce state boredom and learning burnout levels,and enriches the research on educational psychology of secondary vocational students. |
