| "Compound" special education teacher means,while conducting special education and teaching,teachers who can cooperate with professionals such as hospitals and institutions to conduct routine rehabilitation training for children in special schools.With the society’s emphasis on the combination of medicine and education,the contradiction between the increasing demand for "Compound" special education teachers and the lack of competence of ordinary special education teachers has hindered the development of special education.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out a "Compound" special education teacher competence research,to provide reasonable suggestions for the problems existing in the process of teacher team construction.This article is divided into two studies,the main research methods used are literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.In the first research:Through a collation and analysis of the research literature on the construction of "Compound"teachers,"Compound" special education faculty and teachers’ competence at home and abroad,and conducting a questionnaire survey on "Compound" special education faculty construction found the following problems:First,grass-roots co-ordination is difficult.Second,the structure of the teaching staff is unbalanced.Third,the continuing education system is not perfect.Fourth,the level of welfare security is low.In the second research:Wang Biyun’s "Special Education Teacher Competency Model" is used as a "Compound" special education teacher competency model.The model includes three dimensions:teaching skills,professional motivation and psychological characteristics.The data collected by interviews were used to verify the model,which showed that the model had a good fit with this study.The current competence of current teachers in the "Compound" teaching process is evaluated.The results show that teachers of different genders and different professional backgrounds have significant differences in competence.In view of the current "Compound" special education teacher team building and competence status.This study puts forward seven suggestions for the three levels of relevant national functional departments,teacher training institutions and special education schools:Promote the full implementation of policies,increase policy support,formulate professional standards for teachers,improve teacher training systems,focus on talent training in colleges and universities,deepen the reform of the teacher team structure,establish dynamic evaluation system.It is expected that the process of promoting the construction of "Compound" special education teachers in the form of multi-layer cooperation will be expected. |
