With the Development of China’s education,the education of foreign students has become an important part of China’s education.The starting point and goal of the education of foreign students in China is to cultivate the all-round Development of the useful talents of Zhi Hua and You Hua xueyou.However,long-term since,our country college of foreign students education has been focused on for international students study and life to provide necessary support and service of teaching and ignored the students ideological and moral education and the comprehensive quality promotion core functions,management and education of phase separation phenomenon,the great value of management education is not fully Digging,and that’s what led to the source of problems in students groups.Ideological and political education is inseparable from management,and management is also inseparable from ideological and political education.Colleges and universities should actively explore how to combine the management and education of international students,renew the educational concept,and realize the overall Development of international students.While managing overseas students,we hope to enlarge and comprehensively utilize the function of educating students,which is the starting point of our research on the construction of overseas students’ management and education and its working mechanism.In terms of the connotation of education,the management education of international students should not only fulfill the basic task of moral education,but also shoulder the comprehensive task of comprehensive education,which is also the value orientation and goal of university management education.From the perspective of mechanism construction,it is necessary to construct feasible management mechanism,so as to effectively stimulate the subjective initiative of management behavior,and try to play a conscious,Direct and inevitable role in educating people.Based on this,this article embarks from the perspective of ideological and political education,the educational work study the management of students,the choice of D universitystudents in China as the research object,using the experience of existing foreign students study,first of all,clear management,the connotation and extension of ideological and political education management education,combining the theory of ideological and political education management,cross-cultural adaptation theory,the collaborative education theory,cultivation of moral education theory as the theoretical basis.Secondly,literature research,questionnaire survey and interview survey are adopted to conduct questionnaire survey and in-Depth interview from the two Dimensions of teachers and international students respectively to investigate the management and education work of international students in D university.Based on the current situation,this paper summarizes the achievements of the school in the management and education of foreign students,the characteristics and highlights of the school.Thirdly,it summarizes five problems existing in the management and of foreign students in D university.Firstly,the Defects of the management concept are embodied in the separation between management and education.Second,the relevant management system construction has not yet been improved,the lack of institutional guarantee;Third,the biggest problem in team management is staff fatigue,which affects management and service quality.Fourth,the international students’ management and education have not formed a joint force;Fifth,the education work should pay attention to the audience,pay attention to a small number of international students.On this basis,the author analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of the students’ personal qualities,cross-cultural adaptability,the education team,national policies and schools.Finally,combining with the current D school educational work,the problems of students management rationalization of students management education system to construct Suggestions,mainly from the ideological and political education management to Discourse upon the five aspects of content,management target,management system,management team,management process and management evaluation to ensure students build integrity management education work mechanism,this system was carried out on the students comprehensive educational work,promoting the comprehensive qualities of students in an all-round way. |
