Vocational education is a type of education,with distinct diversity of professional categories,integration of teaching,production and education,cooperation of running schools and enterprises,broadness of service areas,cross-border scientific research,international reference and exchange,system construction system.The "Outline of China’s Education Reform and Development" states: "Vocational education is an important part of modern education",and the goal is "to cultivate a large number of skilled laborers with various professional skills and various practical talents required by society." This requires Graduates of vocational colleges not only have mastered basic vocational skills,but also put forward requirements on the professional qualities and professional habits of practitioners.Vocational education should provide students with good professional qualities,professional habits,and a good environment for skill acquisition,so as to cultivate talents with applied skills that are in line with the core values of socialism and possess the spirit of craftsmen.Class fine management is an effective method to establish a good class atmosphere.The study on the strategy construction of class fine management is of great significance to the development and reform of moral education in secondary vocational schools.This article proposes a "five steps" class refined management model for secondary vocational schools.After searching and analyzing domestic and foreign literatures on class refined management,after analyzing and researching,the class refined management in secondary vocational schools is analyzed in three steps.First,clarify the theoretical basis of fine class management through literature search,and use interviews and questionnaires to investigate the status of class management in secondary vocational schools.It is found that there is insufficient professionalism and class management in class management at present in class management.There are five problems: the system design is not elaborate,the information management methods are not scientific,the class atmosphere is not distinctive,and the student evaluation mechanism is not systematic.The main reasons are from students,class management model,and school management.This article focuses on solving the problems of class management model.Then this article proposes a student-centered "five steps and go" class refined management strategy model of vocational school,starting from the idea and basic guiding principles of implementing refined class management.Finally,taking the two parallel classes of Y Vocational School in Guangzhou as an implementation case,the experimental design of the implementation was compared before and after implementation.In the experimental class,the refined management strategy of the class is adopted,and the traditional class management method is followedin the control class for a one-year practice.The results of practice show that after the implementation of refined class management in accordance with the "five steps" strategy,the class has entered a state of benign development,the face of the class has been refreshed,and the management of the class has become methodical,greatly improving the effectiveness of class management and promoting students Comprehensive development. |
