In recent years,China's secondary vocational education has gradually shifted from extension to connotation construction.The core of the development of secondary vocational schools lies in the quality of teaching,and the key is also the quality of teaching.Exploring the refined management of teaching is of great significance for the high-level construction of secondary vocational education and for improving the core competitiveness of secondary vocational schools.This paper uses the literature research method,case study method,questionnaire survey method,theme interview method to analyze and explore the theoretical and practical issues of the refined management strategy of teaching in vocational schools.The text is divided into four parts:introduction;the first chapter "theoretical analysis of fine teaching management in secondary vocational schools";the second chapter "the status and problems of fine teaching management in secondary vocational schools";the third chapter "secondary vocational edu cation" Strategies for Colleges to Construct a Fine Managing Mode of Teaching Quality."In the research,this paper pays much attention to the combination of vocational educati on commonality and vocational education personality.Starting from the requirements of the era of "suitable vocational education",this paper first makes some researches on the principles of fine management of school teaching in the general sense.Focusing on the basis of conn otation,characteristics,status quo and strategies of fine teaching management in secondary vocational schools,it also put emphasis on the establishment and improvement of the fine teaching management mode in secondary vocational schools,and identifying the fine teaching in the secondary vocational school,the basic laws and core elements of management.In the study,this paper focuses on the combination of case review and macro analysis,and elaborates on the application of the management of fine teaching in vocational education.
