Abstract/Summary:
Employment is the foundation of people ’s livelihood.The “19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China” emphasizes the need to adhere to the employment priority strategy and active employment policy to achieve higher quality and full employment.Good employment status is a manifestatio n of the rational and effective allocation of human resources.The employment quality of vocational college students is an important indicator of the quality of talent training in vocational colleges.With the support of researching the influencing factors and countermeasures of employment quality of vocational students in northern Guangdong,it will help to improve the individual competitive advantages of vocational students in northern Guangdong and achieve high-quality employment and self-worth.This article uses literature analysis,survey research,and empirical research to study the employment quality of graduates from five vocational colleges in northern Guangdong based on human capital theory,social capital theory,and psychological capital theory,and analyzes the vocational education in northern Guangdong.Factors affecting the quality of students ’employment.A total of 500 graduates of vocational colleges in northern Guangdong were surveyed by questionnaires.The results showed that:(1)The employment quality of vocational graduates in northern Guangdong showed a normal distribution,and the overall level was moderate.The performance in different dimensions of employment quality is different;(2)The knowledge factor and skill factor in human capital,the school social capital in social capital,the self-efficacy,optimism,hope and tenacity in the employment of higher vocational students Q uality has a significant positive correlation,that is,the factors affecting the employment quality of vocational graduates in northern Guangdong are mainly knowledge,skill,school social capital,self-efficacy,optimism,hope,and resilience;(3)psychological capital As an overall variable,it plays a partial intermediary role between the relationship betwee n human capital and employment quality,and a complete intermediary role between the relationship between social capital and employment quality.In order to gain a deeper understanding of the key influencing factors of employment quality of vocational students in northern Guangdong,based on the results of the questionnaire survey,a comparison analysis was conducted between those with high employment quality scores and those with low employment quality scores based on the questionnaire survey results.:(1)There are differences in the human capital of students with different employment quality scores.Those with high employment quality scores have higher professional skill operation ability,and all have obtained corresponding professional skill certificates,and their individual comprehensive ability is relatively high;those with low employment quality scores lack professional skills,insufficient knowledge reserves,and lack of preparation for employment;(2)Employment quality scores Different students have different psychological capital.Those with high employment quality scores are confident,optimistic,and able to get along with their colleagues;those with low employment quality scores have too high expectations for work,and encounter difficulties and habitual avoidance;(3)the difference in social capital of students with different employment quality scores is not obvious.Students with high scores in employment quality and students with low scores are given spiritual,material and other help in the family.The school will provide students with employment platforms and employment courses to help students establish a good outlook on employment.Based on the above research conclusions,the following three countermeasures are proposed from the perspective of human capital,social capital and psychological capital in employment capital: fully accumulate human capital to highlight the level of individual practical ability;rationally develop social capital to improve the social capital of vocational students Utilization;actively explore psychological capital to strengthen the individual psychological quality of vocational students.The countermeasures are put forward with a view to providing reference action guidelines for relevant education administra tion departments to strengthen the employment quality of vocational students in northern Guangdong.
