In November 2010,"several opinions of the State Council on the current development of preschool education"put forward that "open recruitment of qualified graduates to enrich the ranks of preschool teachers,and surplus teachers in primary and secondary schools can be transfer to preschool education after passing the training“,since then,rural kindergarten transferred teachers have entered the public vision.As the proportion of transferred teachers in rural kindergarten teachers increases year by year,they play a very important role in rural kindergarten teaching,thus it is of great significance to improve the quality of preschool education in rural areas to study the teaching ability of teachers in rural kindergartens.This paper focuses on improving the teaching ability of rural kindergarten transfer teachers,and selects Tianshui city rural kindergarten transfer teachers as the research object.Questionnaire survey and interview were used and statistical software SPSS was used to make statistics and test of the questionnaire data.Then comparative analysis were used to know the current overall teaching ability of transferred teachers and the differences between transferred and non-transferred teachers in teaching ability.To reveal the problems existing in their teaching ability and the factors affecting the improvement of their teaching ability,then the author puts forward some strategies to improve the teaching ability of the transferred teachers.This paper consists of four parts:The first part is the introduction,which clarifies the background and significance of the research,defines the concept of preschool teachers’ teaching ability and kindergarten transfer teachers,summarizes and analyzes the relevant literature on the teaching ability of kindergarten transfer teachers,and explains the research ideas and objects.The second part is the investigation results and analysis,which counts and tests the result of the questionnaire,sorts out interviews of the transferred teachers and then obtain the basic information and teaching ability of the transferred teachers.It analyzes the advantages of transfer teachers with high educational level,rich teaching experience and young and middle-aged teachers with stronger independent learning ability.At the same time,it analyzes the deficiencies of the transferred teachers in six aspects: teaching cognitive ability,teaching design ability,teaching operation ability,teaching regulation ability,teaching evaluation ability and teaching reflection ability.The third part analyzes the factors affecting the improvement of the teaching ability of the transferred teachers in rural kindergartens of Tianshui city,analyzes the current situation of the transferred teachers,and focuses on the factors that have a greater impact on the teaching ability of the transferred teachers,such as too loose transfer conditions,their own quality needs to be improved,and the culture of the kindergarten needs to be improved at once and so on.The fourth part is the strategies to improve the teaching ability of the transferred teachers in Rural Kindergartens of Tianshui city,According to the existing problems and influencing factors,this paper puts forward some strategies,such as strict admission standards for the transferred teachers,establishing and improving the scientific and reasonable training system,building positive kindergarten culture and improving their own quality,in order to effectively improve the teaching ability of transferred teachers.Of course,improving the teaching ability of rural kindergarten transferred teachers to a certain extent can also improve the teaching quality of rural kindergarten,at the same time,it can also enable the transferred teachers to play a better role in the national strategy for the development of preschool education.
