| The teaching goals of public physical education courses in colleges and universities include physical exercise and physical fitness;imparting basic knowledge,basic technology,and basic skills;and conducting ideological and moral education.The stage of higher education is a key stage for students to form a correct outlook on physical education and to shape their outlook on lifelong physical education through the study of physical education.The current outline of a strong country for physical education also has high requirements for physical education in colleges and universities.Therefore,how to fundamentally improve the teaching quality of public physical education in colleges and universities has been an important subject of research for many years.The study aims to understand the influence of public physical education teachers’professional identity on teaching effectiveness by understanding the current status of professional physical education teachers’ professional identity and teaching effectiveness in Henan province’s general colleges and universities.The quality of public physical education in ordinary universities can play a certain positive role.The research takes Henan common college public physical education teachers as the object of investigation,and uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to conduct research;it uses five aspects of gender,education,teaching age,title,and school location to study Henan public physical education teachers.The status of professional identity and teaching efficacy was investigated,and the data were analyzed using sociological statistical software SPSS20.0 for descriptive analysis,independent sample T test,one-way analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis,and regression analysis statistical methods.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1.The score of Henan Province’s public physical education teacher’s professional identity is 3.7386,which indicates that the public physical education teacher’s professional identity is good;Henan province’s public physical education teacher’s teaching efficiency score is 3.6594,which indicates that the public physical education teacher’s teaching efficiency is good.2.Public physical education teachers in general universities in Henan Province have significant differences in professional qualifications in terms of different academic qualifications,teaching ages,and professional titles(P<0.05).There is no significant difference in gender and school location in different variables(P>0.05).In terms of teaching efficacy,the general teaching efficacy is significantly lower than the personal teaching efficacy in two dimensions;there are significant differences in education,teaching age,and professional titles in different variables(P<0.05),and there is no difference in gender and school location in different variables.Significant difference(P>0.05).3.There is a strong positive correlation(0.767)between the professional identity and teaching efficacy of public physical education teachers in ordinary colleges and universities in Henan Province.The independent variable(professional identity)positively affects the dependent variable(teaching efficacy),indicating that public sports Teachers’professional identity has a predictive effect on teaching efficacy. |
