| Sustainable development is both the direction of current social development and the common value objectives of international community.Education for sustainable development is the basis and guarantees for achieving sustainable development.Teachers as the backbone of educational change for sustainable development,is the key factor for achieving sustainable development in education and society.In recent years,educational researchers have done research on sustainable development capability of different groups of teachers.However,there is not enough research on sustainable development capability of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools.Based on the above background,this research took the accounting professional teachers in secondary vocational schools in Guangdong Province as the research object,and focused on the sustainable development capability.Literature research,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistical analysis,interview and other research methods were used.Through reading and refining the literature,researcher collected and sorted out the theoretical basis of research.Focused on the characteristics of disciplines,combining educational policies,laws and regulations with the development demands of the times,this research aimed at constructing the competency framework of sustainable development capability of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools,from the dimensions of basic ability,service capability and core competence.In order to further study the realization paths to improve the sustainable development capability,this research conducted the correlation analysis and regression analysis between the establishment of teachers’ sustainable development capability and the influencing factors of teachers,schools and governments.According to the conclusion of the analysis,the personal factor of teachers is the most important one affecting the cultivation and construction of sustainable development capability.Thus,the researcher carried out the research on the realization path of the cultivation and construction of sustainable development capacity,from the level of teachers,schools and government.This study proposes that the cultivation of sustainable development capacity ofsecondary vocational accounting teachers needs the joint efforts of teachers,schools and the government.Teachers need to establish the sense of lifelong learning and sustainable development,strengthen the comprehensive ability,form the habit of career reflection and pay attention to diversified development.Schools should actively build learning organizations and implement people-oriented teacher management strategies.The government needs to further play the role of guidance and encouragement to create a good environment for development. |
