| In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,informatization has become the direction of global development.Education informatization is an indispensable part of national informatization.The process of education informatization will directly affect the quality and efficiency of education.Under the impact of big data,blockchain and artificial intelligence,online teaching has become a normal teaching method,especially in the special period of epidemic,which puts forward higher requirements for teachers’ information-based teaching ability.However,at present,there is no information-based teaching ability standard for secondary vocational school,which cannot meet the needs of information-based teaching evaluation.Therefore,how to train high-quality secondary vocational teachers and establish a perfect standard of information-based teaching ability is the key.This article uses a variety of research methods including literature research,questionnaire surveys,and interviews.In this study,teachers in secondary vocational schools are taken as the research object,combined with China’s education policies,the status quo of informatization teaching ability of secondary vocational teachers is analyzed,and a standard system of informatization teaching ability of secondary vocational teachers is constructed and improved.The standard system of informatization teaching ability of secondary vocational teachers constructed in this paper includes three first-level indicators: information technology knowledge literacy;the ability of informatization to assist the teaching process,teaching summary and informatization expansion ability.The first-level indicators are broken down into 8 second-level indicators and 32 specific capabilityi items.The purpose of this study is to build and improve the information-based teaching ability standards of secondary vocational teachers,improve the information literacy of secondary vocational teachers and the evaluation standards for the application of information technology in secondary vocational schools,it is helpful to provide a basis for the allocation of information resources in secondary vocational schools. |
