| With the continuous development of tennis,more and more people like and participate in the sport,the special ity of tennis is that it needs to be in a moving and extremely unbalanced state to complete the batting action.This is a great test of the overall coordination ability of tennis players,and many studies have shown that the body’s ability to coordinate and balance depends largely on the core strength of the body,and that the completion of every movement in tennis is the result of the combined action of the various muscle groups in the body.Therefore,it is essential for tennis players to improve their core competence.However,it is understood that many college students in the physical training,still use the traditional physical training methods for training,and for the core strength training methods know very little,in the daily training,if the lack of core strength training,it is easy to appear poor training and other problems,the same tennis technical and tactical level will also be affected.Therefore,this experiment,physical training to add core strength training,on the one hand,the core strength training for the theoretical introduction,on the other hand,through the experimental results of high lying to the coaches and college students for the core strength training attention.In this study,the core strength training method is added to the physical training of college students.After the experiment,combined with the data analysis,the differences between the core strength training method and the traditional strength training method on the special physical fitness of college students are analyzed,and the practical suggestions are obtained,which provide the method reference for improving the special physical fitness of college students.This experiment will select 14 students from the tennis students of the University Of The University Of Sports College as the experimental object,The subjects were divided into two groups,experimental group and control group,each group of 7 people.Through 12 weeks of core strength training and traditional strength training,the subjects before and after the experiment were tested for specific physical fitness,including speed quality,Strength quality,flexible quality,sensitive quality,endurance quality.After that,the data of special physical fitness test before and after the tennis special student experiment were compared and analyzed.After 12 weeks of training research,it is found that core strength training and traditional strength training have effects on the improvement of special physical quality of tennis students,but in contrast,the core strength training to improve the special physical quality of tennis special students is more obvious,its performance is,strength quality,speed quality,endurance quality1000 meters,etc.There is a certain improvement and help,but there is no very obvious change,and the flexible quality(sitting body front flex),sensitive quality(T-word sensitivity test)have obvious changes and a substantial improvement. |
