Basketball is one of the most popular sports in the society at present.As a basic quality of basketball players,there are many principles and requirements for athletes to have high jumping ability in practical training.The deep jump exercise is an effective training method to train the quick strength of lower limbs and increase the jumping power.After the appropriate intensity training,the post-activation enhancement effect can be induced.The post-activation potentiation effect has been shown to enhance athletic performance over a period of time.The purpose of this paper is to intervene the subjects through the practice of drop jump at different heights and to conduct statistical analysis on the indicators measured in different time periods.To find out the optimal time of activation enhancement effect after drop jump at different heights,to provide new ideas and methods for basketball specific warm-up and pre-game training,and to provide theoretical basis for the application of post-activation enhancement effect in basketball specific.This study mainly adopted the experimental method.The experimental subjects were 11 male athletes from the basketball class of Beijing sport university,all of whom were at or above level 2.In the experiment,the subjects took part in two groups of 5jumps at three heights of 45 cm,60cm and 75 cm,with 15 seconds for each jump and30 seconds for each jump.During each training interval of 72 hours,the subjects in the experiment first performed squat jump test as a pre-test and then performed deep jump training.The subjects performed CMJ and SJ respectively at the 1st,4th,8th and 12 th minutes after the training.Through the analysis of the measured data,the results show that:1.After 45 cm platform height and 10 deep jump exercises,the vertical jump height,instantaneous speed,takeoff time and average power of the five indexes of CMJ showed very significant difference from the instant to the 12 th minute,and the five indexes all reached the maximum at the 4th minute after intervention.2.After 60 cm platform height and 10 deep jumping exercises,the vertical jumping height of the five indexes of CMJ showed very significant difference from the instant to the 12 th minute,and the four indexes of instantaneous speed,dwell time,relative maximum power and average power showed very significant difference from the instant to the 8th minute after intervention.The six indexes reached the maximum at the 4th minute after intervention.3.After 75 cm platform height and 10 deep jumping exercises,the vertical jump height,instantaneous speed,relative maximum power,average power and flight time of the five indexes of CMJ were significantly worse from the moment of intervention to the 12 th minute than before training,and the five indexes reached the maximum value at the 8th minute.4.After 45 cm platform height and 10 deep jump exercises,the average power of SJ in the five indexes from the instant to the 12 th minute is significantly different from the pre-test results.The results of vertical jump height,instantaneous speed and takeoff time from the instant to the 8th minute were significantly different from those of pretest.The relative maximum power from the instant to the 8th minute was significantly different from the pre-test results,and SJ reached the maximum at the instant.5.After 60 cm platform height and 10 deep jump exercises,the results of vertical jump height,instantaneous speed and flight time in SJ five indexes are significantly different from those in pretest from the instant to the 4th minute.Compared with the pretest,the average power was significantly different from the instant to the 8th minute,and the relative maximum power was significantly different from the pretest from the instant to the 8th minute.The five SJ indexes reached the highest in the 4th minute.6.After 75 m platform height and 10 deep jump exercises,the results of vertical jump height,instantaneous speed and take-off time in SJ’s five indexes were significantly different at the 8th minute.There was a significant difference in relative maximum power between the 8th and 12 th minute.The average power was significantly different from the 4th minute to the 12 th minute.SJ reached the maximum in the 8th minute.The following conclusions are drawn in this study:1.After 10 deep jumping exercises at 45 cm,60cm and 75 cm platform height,the five indexes of CMJ and Sj(vertical jump height,maximum relative power,instantaneous speed,average power,takeoff time)have significantly improved in different time after induction,and have a strong post activation enhancement effect,which promotes the jumping force of athletes.2.According to the indexes measured by the dynamometer,after 10 times of deep jump training,the best time for CMJ to activate and enhance the effect at 45 cm and60cm deep jump height was 4 minutes after the intervention,and the best time for 75 cm deep jump height to activate and enhance the effect was 8 minutes after the intervention.3.According to the indexes measured by the dynamometer,after 10 times of deep jump training,the best time for SJ to activate the enhancement effect is the first minute at 45 cm deep jump height,the best time for 60 cm deep jump height to activate the enhancement effect is the fourth minute,and the best time for 75 cm deep jump height to activate the enhancement effect is the eighth minute after the intervention. |
