| The main purpose of this paper is to explore the characteristics of pre-competition training arrangements for male shot putter Zhang Jun,who won the championship by breaking the indoor Asian record with 20.16 meters in the national championship in 2012,and to summarize the general rules of pre-competition training arrangements for shot putting.Through the methods of documentation,expert interviews,case analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper makes an empirical study on the training contents of Zhang Jun’s eight weeks before the 2012 National Championship in cooperation with Don Babbitt(Don Babbitt),an American coach.Through the in-depth analysis and Research on the training contents,cycle division,technical methods,pre-competition adjustment,the load and intensity of physical training,and pre-competition training arrangements for post-training recovery,this paper summarizes some new training ideas,training methods and means presented by Zhang Jun’s training results and the load characteristics of different training stages.Through exploring the laws of physical fitness and technical training,it is hoped that it will have important theoretical reference value and practical guiding significance for the future development of Chinese men’s shot putting.The results show that:1.zhang jun’s pre-competition training plan is reasonable,based on technical training,strengthening physical training,according to some rules of athletes’ competitive state and physiological changes,the best individual competitive state is just adjusted to match the time,thus creating good conditions for breaking indoor Asian records.2.zhang jun’s enhanced pre-competition technical training specifications,according to the individual technical characteristics,on the basis of ensuring the characteristics of speed,the original technical action details were adjusted step by step,which played a positive role in achieving good results in the competition.3.zhang’s detailed principle of physical training before the competition is to separate the general strength,special strength and core strength,so as to prevent the muscles from being tired for a long time,so as to maintain the endurance,flexibility and balance of the body and lay a solid foundation for the completion of the technical movements of the competition.4.zhang jun’s flexible adjustment of pre-race training load,with the help of physiological and biochemical indicators to flexibly adjust the load,reduce the amount of enhancement,combined with the guided training of the competition,further consolidate the technology,improve the comprehensive endurance,for the competition to maintain a high state to provide a solid guarantee.5.zhang jun-precompetition function recovery and monitoring means,actively do a good job of post-training recovery measures,training and competition to maintain a good overall state,and eliminate injuries,especially psychological control,for the game to play at the highest level is fully prepared. |
