| In recent years,the women’s javelin project in China has shown a good development momentum.Javelin athletes represented by Lu Huihui have repeatedly made great achievements.In order to maintain the sustainability of the development of javelin project,the improvement of the javelin reserve talent cultivation model is worthy of discussion.In order to ensure the cultivation quality of track and field reserve talents,the state has established reserve talent base for track and field since 2009,of which there are 9 reserve talent bases for javelin project in 2017-2020.The national javelin project reserve talent base training model can fully represent China’s javelin reserve talent training model.This article mainly uses field research methods,questionnaire survey methods,interview methods and other research methods.The national javelin reserve talent base is used as the survey object,the base management staff is used as the interview object,and the base javelin reserve talent cultivation model is used as the research object.The content deeply understands the characteristics of the reserve talent cultivation model of each base,and provides empirical data for improving the base cultivation model.The research conclusions of the paper are:1.The number of coaches in the reserve talent base of the National Javelin Project is small,the age structure is reasonable,the education level is high,and the level of individual sports skills is at level two or above.The age structure of the javelin players in training at the 9 bases is reasonable,showing a structure of "more in the middle and less in both ends".The ratio of men and women is balanced,with 24.58% of athletes of the second level and above.2.National Javelin Project reserve talent bases are selected from primary and secondary schools in all regions.The selection process goes through competition selection,quality testing,physiological index testing and other links;the training process follows the principle of systematic training;participates in at least three municipal-level competitions each year;Reasonable training schedule3.There are currently 9 reserve talent bases for the national javelin project,each base cultivation mode is different,the 4 bases surveyed are "combination of education and sports" mode,"three concentration of sports schools" mode,"scatter points and the combination of concentration" model and "sports school + base" model,of which the "three concentrated of sports school" model and the "combination of education and sports" model are more common in 9 bases.The "combination of sports and education" model focuses on the study of athletes’ cultural classes,and the Sports Bureau and the Education Bureau cooperate closely.The "Three Concentrations" model manages athletes in a unified manner,and the training process is more systematic,but the learning effect of athletes’ cultural courses is not good.4.The javelin reserve talent cultivation model of the reserve talent base of the national javelin project is gradually perfecting,but the failure to carry out the teaching of javelin project in primary and secondary schools in various places has hindered the development of the javelin project to a certain extent. |
