Research On The Current Situation Of The Training Base For The Long Distance And Long Distance Runners In The High Altitude Track And Field In Bijie City

In recent years,Chinese middle-long-distance project has withdrawn from the stage of world power.Current middle-long-distance project by traditional African power monopoly,Chinese middle-long-distance overall strength is weak,the backup talents reserve enough.If want to revive Chinese middle-long-distance projects reshaping national glory,must enhance the middle-long-distance reserve talent pool and training project.In 2011,in bijie city guizhou province sports bureau introduced "plateau athletic talent development plan",in two counties of weining,information 14 school established the bijie plateau and backup talent training base,to cultivate talents for Chinese middle-long-distance project.This article mainly using the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logical reasoning method of bijie city plateau and in-depth investigation and analysis the present situation and problems of reserve personnel training base,since the establishment of base of the achievements and existing problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The results of the study are as follows:1 Bijie plateau and the reserve personnel training base in the number of coaches is sufficient,cultural level is higher,comply with the project for the long-term development;2 Bijie plateau and reserve personnel training base of athletes can realizethe importance of learning,but learning the enthusiasm is not high,there is still a predominantly training phenomenon,athlete’s cultural level is low;3 Bijie plateau and the reserve personnel training base of the scientific research level is not high,basic no scientific research project cooperation with colleges and universities;Most coaches want to coaches job training at the same time,improve the teaching level of coaches;4 Bijie plateau and the training of the reserve personnel training base funding sources of the single,mainly rely on the government financial allocation and school funding,there is almost no market development,capital is not sufficient.5 To solve above problems puts forward some countermeasures for sustainable development: the reasonable processing contradictions between learning;Enhance material selection and the training management;Enhance scientific research efforts;Increase the funds investment,establish a base of operation mode;Increase the chance of base of athletes and the number of times...
