The Investigation On The Quality Level Of Mass Taekwondo Sports Coaches

The purpose of this study is to investigate general tae kwon do coaches quality level,before the survey on the basis of previous studies on first quality index of mass taekwondo coaches,with supplementary indicators form questionnaire,to investigate the quality level of 19 coaches in fujian province,through the investigation and indirectly reflect the public taekwondo coaches quality there are some problems,and help the club managers targeted to strengthen coaches training in terms of quality,and improve the quality of the coaches.The research mainly uses literature,interviews,questionnaire surveys,mathematical statistics and other methods,combined with their own internship experience,and draws the following conclusions:1.The quality index of taekwondo coaches is divided into three levels.Among them,there are 6 first-level indicators in total,adding two items of professionalism ability and psychological quality.There are 21 second-level indicators,which increase the ability of command competition,education management and learning.Three indicators 101,increased the maintenance of students We Chat group or QQ group,marketing skills grasp.And through the actual application and the feedback of the club leader,it shows that the validity coefficient of the quality index is relatively high,the quality index is relatively reasonable,and it can be applied in practice.2.Based on the quality problems of 19 taekwondo coaches in fujian province,this paper concludes that the same problems also exist in the quality of taekwondo coaches.The details of the investigation are as follows:(1)From the basic situation of the coaches,there are many problems in the club’s coaches in terms of gender structure,age structure,sports experience,coaching experience,professional title structure,training and so on.For example,the majority of coaches are male,and the whole is relatively young,with little teaching experience;only a few have professional Taekwondo sports experience,and the phenomenon of working without certificate is serious;the number of coaches going out for training is small,and the training system is not perfect.(2)In terms of Ideological and moral quality,coaches need to strengthen their comprehensive quality,especially their appeal.(3)In terms of knowledge structure,except for Taekwondo etiquette,other knowledge reserves of coaches are not comprehensive enough and need to be improved.(4)In terms of Taekwondo related skills,coaches need to improve their overall ability,especially their ability to write scientific research papers and reports.(5)In terms of teaching ability,coaches have professional technical teaching ability,but they are lack of ability to use rules to win games and to know how to deal with and deal with common sudden sports injuries(6)In terms of professional ability,coaches have better professional ability,but the practical application of marketing scripts is the worst,and other indicators are above the average.(7)In terms of psychological quality,coaches have good psychological quality and the highest overall score,but there are also some deficiencies,such as cognitive ability.
